Changes to my booking are extortionate
Whilst the overall prices offered are good, their charges for changes to my booking are extortionate. We were charged about $200 for travel insurance for two weeks. When I attempted to change my insurance to extend an additional 5 days, the additional amount to pay was quoted at $290 per person. This is completely ridiculous. I understand that they outsource their travel insurance but if the provider is going to be that ridiculous they shouldn’t use them.
