Ma première expérience chez Stressless et que dire d'autre ????? Ravi !!!! Produits excellents, personnel pro, agréable et à l'écoute. Cela représente un budget, mais la qualité et le confort sont au rendez-vous. Un dernier point pour les hésitants, Stressless sait faire aussi des produits design..!!!

Bonne boutique permettant de faire des essais avant d'acheter un produit. Les vendeurs sont patients, professionnels, de bons conseils et à l'écoute de mes besoins. Finalement, j'ai acheté un superbe fauteuil de relaxation pour soulager mon dos douloureux, avec une bonne qualité. Merci beaucoup Stressless.

Horrible chair and even worse service. We have had the power Max recliner for 5 months and the lift mechanism no longer works for the second time. We can’t get Stressless to respond to us after repeated phone calls and emails. They don’t respond to the retail store where we purchased it either. A worthless $3300. Piece of junk

Nous avons acheté 2 fauteuils "Reno" pour notre retraite.
- Design attirant
- Construction ingénieuse malgré un réglage d'appui-tête insuffisant.
- Prix laissant penser à un produit de luxe
- Le pompon, c'est le grincement que produit ce fauteuil lorsqu'on manœuvre l'assise. C'est insupportable. Et le service client refuse de l'admettre malgré une vidéo sans équivoque. On va vite trouver à les revendre.

Vor nicht einmal einem Jahr habe ich den Bürosessel Metro gekauft. Nach 10 Monaten lösten sich die Gummiprofile einer Rolle. „Kann ja mal passieren“, dachte ich, läuft ja noch unter Garantie. Leider bekam ich über meinen Händler von Stressless die Antwort, dass sie keine Kenntnis von derartigen Problemen der Bürostuhlrollen hätten. Ich müsse einen Satz Rollen kaufen, immerhin für 100€. Es ist schon eine beispiellose Arroganz, die Stressless an den Tag legt. Ich rede hier von einem 2200€ teuren Bürosessel. Das hat nichts mit Quälität zu tun, sondern ist pure Abzockerei. Diese „Marke“ ist für mich gestorben. Leider muss ich mindestens einen Stern vergeben, ansonsten eben null Sterne.

Don’t waste your money on any stressless product, it is not at all comfortable and built with less cushion than an office chair. Additionally, when reclined, the foot rest is way too short to rest your feet on, causing even more discomfort. If you still want to buy this junk, I’ll sell you mine

Achetés en 2015, 2 fauteuils et 2 poufs signature qui sont très confortables. Mais un des accoudoirs se décroche a l'avant du fauteuil, la patte de fixation en plastique est cassée. Il faut savoir que c'est un endroit sollicité quand on se relevé et que c'est pas assez solide. J'ai contacté le vendeur qui a transmis a stressless et la réponse a été "vous avez du porter le fauteuil par l'accoudoir ! le prix de la pièce est de 165€". Et malgré un mail d'explication direct a stressless plus aucune réponse. Service après vente Nul ! aucun intérêt pour les clients une fois que c'est acheté !!! Ils auraient pu proposer un geste commercial, mais non ! J'ai donc réparé la pièce moi même et j'ai constaté que le coussin est agrafé sur du plastique pas très solide ... Qualité pas au top ! Méfiez vous ...

I have a Stressless chair that we have owned for about 5 years. The chair is incredibly comfortable but recently has been stiff and difficult to swivel. I contact the Stressless service team and had a response very quickly from Ramona who was very helpful and also very quick to take action. I only wish more service departments were as prompt and helpful. Thanks Ramona, keep up the excellent work.

This is a warning for anyone planning to buy the stressless swing table or computer table for classic base recliners - don't. The plywood swing table is a flaccid, unstable, unfit for purpose piece of junk. The computer table, with a RRP which equates to one quarter of the price of a chair, is even worse. It is made of thin ply and unstable, wobbles and is totally unsuitable for the claimed purpose. These tables are nothing more than a poorly designed rip off.

J avais déjà émis un avis très défavorable sur 2 fauteuils STressless signature. Comment cette marque ose t elle encore faire de la pub en ventant la qualité.
Malin , il ne garantisse pas le cuir comme leur concurrent Himmola. Mes fauteuils en peu de temps ont perdu leur couleur c est la catastrophe. 8000 euros.
Malgré notre assurance juridique. L expert qui a vu nos fauteuils connaissant bien les vendeurs a pris parti pour eux. Alors un conseil SAUF QUI PEUT ALLEZ AILLEURS. C est la honte. J ai déjà évité le désastre à 3 personnes et elles sont bien contentes d avoir eu mes conseils.
Cette maison ne fait rien pour ses clients.

Beware! Quality, comfort, and customer service is completely reprehensible for the prices this brand commands on these products.

I've got the Reno - Home Office chair, and choosing materials and such is a cute affair, but upon receiving the chair and using it for 2 years is beyond disappointing, borderline scam imho. The chair costs USD$2500, and the product could barely even hold any water against a "high-end" offer from Ikea that would've cost a fraction of what this chair does.

The wheels had to be replaced in under a year of use(I had to pay for this, USD$100) and for wheels that are a complete joke at this price bracket - Literally no better than what you'd find on your average meme Chinese white-label "gamer" chair.

The cushion seating has compacted within the first month, and is pointless - you might as well just be sitting on the frame, because that's exactly what it feels like. The padding on the back is held on BY VELCRO. VELCROOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!! It rips off every 2-3 times you take a seat, and you HAVE to get out and fix it when it rips off and rolls down the back.

The height adjustment is basically absent, a few cm. Pointless. And the piston that connects the chair to the wheels is flimsy and wobbly, I worry that each time I sit in the chair will be the last when it finally snaps. Not exactly a "Stressless" experience.

The headrest will NOT stay in place, and has to be adjusted every single time you move, because it'll just retract back down to default position due to the ergonomics of the chair. Leaning function is uncomfortable too, and requires you to lube the frame because otherwise it gets sticky over time, and instead of comfortably smoothly reclining, it just "pops" out of place randomly, bouncing you around.

I can't write a single good thing about this product, and at this price it's absolutely infuriating. Talking to customer service is your average braindead Scandi affair, just "refer you to someone else" in the chain of the process. Garbage. Thank god I don't work for you guys, embarrassing as hell.

All in all, good one guys, you got me! Scammed good. Stay away, you can buy Ikea stuff that's on-par, if not better to be honest. It may not look as fancy, but it'll honestly do you much better than this b.s.

Bought two leather power recliners couldn't try exact chair in the shop as thy were new out. When they were delivered we found them very uncomfortable my wife can't sit on them at all. No lumber support no padding in the seat very hard to sit on for long periods of time. Don't believe all the hype in the brochure. Don't waste your money.

We bought two chairs + footstools and the Buckingham 2-seat sofa. After 6 months, we finally received them. The chairs and footstools are fine. The Buckingham sofa is AWFUL. For $4100, what you get is EXTREME discomfort. It was designed by someone who hates people and wishes to cause crippling lower back pain in anyone who is unlucky enough to sit in the darned thing. It is a TOTAL WASTE of hard-earned money.
I cannot comment on how this furniture wears as we've only had it a week. Right now, I'm trying to figure out how to convince my husband to get rid of this awful mistake and get something more comfortable. I am ashamed and embarrassed for anyone to have to sit on it. I like my friends and do not wish to cause them pain. Asking guests to sit on this sofa will convince them that you dislike them intensely!

We visited yesterday and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Paulo (and the other staff) could not be more helpful and informative. We spent about an hour in the store (coffee was great!) and Paulo was honest in giving us advice and support.
We have bought 2 chairs - at a better price elsewhere - the sale is down to this store. Thank you.

Stressless is veel te duur in verhouding tot de kwaliteit. Leder vertoont na ongeveer anderhalf jaar sporen van slijtage. Heb via facebook oproep gedaan en reactie ontvangen van 32 ontevreden klanten alleen al in de Noorderkempen. Afblijven van de rommel en koop een goedkopere zetel met betere kwaliteit. Wij kennen zelfs een grote meubelzaak dit is gestopt met de verkoop owv het hoge aantal klachten.

Eind 2016 2 Stressless banken gekocht van model wave. Na 4 jaar begon 1 bank (2 zitter) waar wij hoofdzakelijk sávonds alleen op zaten al minder lekker te zitten, en kwam in 1 van de zittingen een plooi. Dingen werden verkocht met er zit 10 jaar garantie op. Nou dat mag ook wel voor een 2 zitter (hoge rug) van 3215 euro en de 3 zits (lage rug) van 3315 euro. We hadden de extra garantie erbij gekocht van All In House van 5 jaar. Daar 1e x gebruik van moeten maken vanwege vlek op de bank die niet weg wilde en werd netjes opgelost. 2e x bekleding kreeg rare kleur en plooi in 1 zitting en slechter zit comfort. All in house kwam weer en vlek met zeer sterk goedje weg gepoetst en plooi en slecht zitten kon verholpen worden door op te vullen omdat zittingen waren ingezakt. Maar werd verteld opvullen word nooit mooi. Beter is aan te geven dat een veer die in de kussens verwerkt is geknapt is, dan krijg je zo nieuwe kussens. Ik zei dan lieg ik en als men constateert dat er geen gebroken veer is dan sta ik voor joker en kan waarschijnlijk met extra kosten komen te zitten. Tja dat was de enige manier zei de service monteur. Daarna gebeld met All in house en kreeg ik te horen dit is normaal bij een leren bank. Mijn verweer dat ik bij kennissen op een bank heb gezeten van 20 jaar en die er nog net zo strak uitziet alsof het een nieuwe is, was geen reden om anderers te reageren. Contact met winkel van Haverkort (Coevorden) waar ze weg kwamen over feit dat we dit niet normaal vinden, binnen de speciale garantie er niets aan willen doen. Ook Haverkort liet na veel mails die eerst niet werden beantwoord merken dat men dit normaal vond en mijn argument van dit is toch geen Seats en sofas bankje ? maakte niets uit. Toen contact gezocht met Stressless zelf en die verwijzen je doodleuk weer naar de winkel. We dachten op onze oude dag (60+) misschien een laatste x een bank te hebben gekocht want voor zoveel geld en 10 jaar garantie maar zeggen ze nu, ja dat is op onderstel maar bij aankoop niet. Wij kopen dus NOOOOIIIT weer bij Haverkort en ook geen STRESSLESS weer.

Min fine Stressless stol brød sammen efter ca. 5 år. Stellet var knækket og stolen var defekt. Kontaktede fabrikken og fik en fremragende service. Garantien var naturligvis udløbet, men de sendte mig et nyt stel gratis. Det ankom efter 3 uger. Adskillelse og samling var noget besværlig, men nu har jeg en stort set ny stol. Super service!
