Ink cartridge did not work. I ordered an HP305XL cartridge from HP as I did not trust using any 'compatable' cartridges. It was delivered quite quickly, but my HP Deskjet4122e will not accept it. I tried all the remedies from their AI support online, but that didn't work. I can only assume that the cartridge is faulty, because when I reinstalled the old cartridge the fault message F0 cleared. I tried to contact them on their support number, but that again is AI and I could not get a human to speak to. So effectively I have wasted £22.50 and a lot of my time.

I won't be ordering again after my first and only experience. Delivery failed due to the driver from parcel force not being able to find the address (it's not hard to find). A gift purchased won't reach me in time. I'm reviewing this as a whole service because both companies are accountable. Neither parcel force or HP store reply to negative reviews which is telling in itself. Do better.

Purchased a Smarttank printer 2 weeks ago as this is meant to save you money. Suddenly the printer declares a printhead problem which I dutifully contacted support over. 4 hours of online whatsapp chat and no solution, so they tell me that I have to wait a whole week for a replacement item to be sent to me so I can then send them the faulty one back. I cannot run my business without a printer for a whole week, but if I bought a brand new printer I would get it in 24 hours at most. Very disappointed with the lack of customer support shown and a disregard for the impact the fault in their product has on other businesses.

Suddenly blocked from using non hp cartridges despite having done so for past eight years. Online support doesn’t help. Lack of support from HP. Now won’t connect to internet and so unable to carry out adjustments even if I knew how.
All come about due to greed of HP insisting on use of their over expensive print cartridges.

Absolut nicht empfehlenswert! Lieferungen werden trotz Zahlung nicht ausgeführt!! Kundenservice ist unterirdisch schlecht und unhöflich (bis auf 1 Ausnahme)!!!! Rückzahlungen erfolgen nicht!!!

Ich hatte Probleme damit meine Bestellung abzuschliessen. Ich versuchte es drei mal. Die Zahlung war immer erfolgreich (zwei versuche via PayPal, ein versuch via Kreditkarte). Aber nach jeder erfolgreichen Zahlung landete ich wieder am gleichen Ort, wo ich wieder aufgefordert wurde zu bezahlen. Eswurde dabei auch nie eine Fehlermeldung angezeigt.
Bei den Support-Anfragen (3 versuche via Chat, 1 versuch via Telefon) konnten oder wollten man mir nicht weiterhelfen. Einer der Supporter schrieb nach meinem ersten Satz, er könne mir nicht helfen und schloss den Chat direkt. Ich blieb dabei immer sachlich und anständig.

Ich schreibe hier auf Trustpilot eigentlich nie. Ich bestelle sehr vieles online aber so etwas habe ich jetzt doch noch nie erlebt.

Fazit:
- Store funktioniert nicht zuverlässig
- Schlechter Support (Chat & Telefon)

Hard to believe how awful this buying experience is. Avoid at all costs. Dell is so much better for business computing purchases.

C'est simplement le PIRE support auqel j'ai eu à faire de ma vie. Pour un PC Omen 17 tombé en panne au bout d'un an et sous garantie (PC qui ne démarre plus du tout... Je vous laisse imaginer la qualité), on me propose d'envoyer mon PC en réparation, dans récupérer mes données (On m'interdit de garder le SSD), et avec un délai incertain. Je demande à parler au service réclamation, et on me répond que c'est impossible pour la personne au téléphone de me transmettre quelqu'un d'autre et que si elle transmet mon dossier au service réclamation, alors elle n'organisera pas la réparation de mon PC !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Et je vous passe le ton employé, le manque total d'écoute et d'empathie. Bref à fuir au plus vite !
Précision pour les Suisse comme moi : Le Support n'est pas en Suisse et je pense qu'ils se foutent royalement de clients Suisse.

J'ai commandé un Photocopieur à 3500€ (encaissé par HP!), je n'ai eu aucun appel du transporteur, je demande un remboursement et la on me dit qu'il faut attendre que LEUR transporteur ramène leur photocopieur pour être remboursé...??? en gros je paie votre incompétence! j'ai 3500€ chez vous au bon vouloir de Votre transporteur... Bravo !

Service de livraison catastrophique (les livreurs refusent de livrer et les délais ne sont pas respectés). Service client pas au rendez-vous pour régler la situation.

HP blockerar patroner fast man ej hunnit använda dem. Helt plötsligt är patronen slut efter fem utskrifter. Väldigt märkligt. Kundtjänst är bland det värsta jag varit med om. Undvik till varje pris.

The printer does not let you use third party ink cartridges and you can't print. Furthermore there is no way for you to uninstall firmware updates to allow you to use third party ink cartridges. There is no customer support and their stupid "virtual assistance" is useless as it does nothing. The last thing is the location of the serial number makes no sense as it is at the back of the printer rather than underneath like how literally every other company. This has been a persistent issue for years

What a shame for a returning business customer...
i have an HP laptop (that had a glitch with the screen many years ago and was promised, it turns out falsely, that this would be resolved ANYTIME in the future... subsequently that promise to fix the screen is now forgotten and historic messages deleted very conveniently !! so the promise to fix was finally changed to an offer of 20% refund on the next purchase, this then turned into less than 10% and a £120 cash back voucher on the out of warranty program. i tried to complain in numerous ways but was told no way to complain.)
so have now bought a new machine Zbook and 3 year service pack... (applied for the cash back deal and trade in deal, and have sent in the out of warranty voucher too) machine arrived and passed to my IT guy to prepare machine for use. today (a week from purchase) HP send an email to say the 3 year cover plan i bought for £125 is now added for free to a Zbook purchase.
i called to ask for the cost, therefore to be VERY SIMPLY; refunded back to me as i have the order in the last 21 days and looked to HP to honour the Price promise but they say a technical point means it doesn't qualify and so to get the new 3 year care for free the only way to do this is to send back the machine, cancel current cover... and then buy again.
i spoke to live chat to confirm this and also the telephone team - the guy i spoke with was superb and said he will refer to a manager and look to respond in more detail once he sought clarification.
sadly the management decision is; tough luck.
so the way to look to a new care pack option is to send back the machine and get full refund and then buy again.
i will explain the negatives to this in a moment, and for now the simple 'work-around' that would have avoided the reputational damage to HP... simply have an ability to refund the care pack cost as a gesture of good will. there will be a manager with the mandate to do this, sadly my custom doesn't warrant this much respect, and so not offered.
i have now simply cancelled the 3 year cover - i wanted to have because i do not see why it is fair that i would be offered it today but now last week. i can't look to send back the machine because i would lose the out of warranty voucher... the other negatives on your solution of refund and re-order... it is terrible for the business of HP, because the old machine will cost money to HP, and i am happy with the machine. the packaging and energy use to make the machine is wasted, it is another delivery going back and forward in the world, another load of resources used up without need.. petrol of delivery, all the plastics used! all of this is detrimental to my time, to HP's bottom line and thus shareholders, it causes you reputational damage on here, i am left with a machine that doesn't have the cover i wanted because it would be unpalatable to pay for cover that is now offered for free.
if only there was a management team that understood all of this and had the brain to be able to resolve. instead i get a corporate response. the response is not adequate. is not well thought out, hurts my business, hurts HP and the shareholders and so i call it out; as pathetic.

imagine a world where you went to a firm that actually cares about the client. oh that's right ... i do because i run one.

if you wish to make it right... simply contact me to offer the service pack that you offer for Zbook customers; for free ... for free to me. SO SIMPLE.

I have been messaging HP support for a laptop repair, however an agent transferred me and I have not been in contact with another for a week, they are ignoring me!

CORRUPT COMPANY!!!

Six times now I have had a faulty printer, HP CRM department just ignore you, after technical pass it over.

They also say you only have 1 years warranty, and totally ignore the consumer rights act! because they are above the law.

HP is an absolute joke of a company, and will not look in to any complaints. HP has cost me well over £3000 from weeks of not being able to works as cannot print.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I have ordered a new laptop and the one delivered is a faulty one (unable to turn on), I notified the company the same day and raised the complaint. it is now almost 2 weeks still waiting for the replacement

Terribly disappointed me about their product and then customer service.
I bought hp laptop for £575, on 1st of May 2024. The laptop's hinge got broken, without any accident. Now when I contacted them and informed them about this, they are asking me to pay £375 for repair. Don't know how they asking me for money, if their laptop got broken within 9 months.
I will never ever buy any of their product anless I get it repaired. And also advice other to get cautious about hp product.

Purchased laptop in January had an issue from the beginning. Had to be repaired, returned with a scratch on the screen. Apparently I can send back again to be repaired, why would I? What damage will it come back with then?Customer Service dreadful spent half my life chasing these past few weeks, refusing to give me a replacement. My advise, avoid.
Update 11/4/2025.
Eventually received a response when this issue was escalated. Apparently the scratch on the screen was not there when it left HP so they will fix at a cost even though it was free previously. The initial mouse problem still exists and I'm getting the run around trying to get it sorted. The Customer Service is unbelievable, they usually call you back quite quickly but they have a ploy of of either cutting you off or putting you on hold so long you get fed up then your call disappears down some black hole. I reiterate the above do not buy from these guys they are beyond annoying.

Ordinato l'anno scorso pc HP Pavillion15-eg3011nl notebook. Arrivata scatola giusta ma dentro non c'era il modello richiesto. Non ho potuto dimostrarlo in quanto non avevo FILMATO l'apertura della confezione!! Malgrado vari contatti con la casa madre non è stato possibile avere il riconoscimento dell'errore. Adesso avrei bisogno dell'assistenza ma non me la riconoscono in quanto il modello in mio possesso non corrisponde all'ordine!!!!
