My order UK1109363 was ‘Returned’ back to them before I could even receive it and it was a gift order, first they say they will issue my a replacement or my money back now they keep delaying it and changing the time frame, it’s frustrating as it’s a gift order and never once shopping online has this occurred to me before.

I got a nothing cmf emwatch pro 3 on christmed eve last year it world ever since i have also a OnePlus Nord 5 i use with it the watch last 14 days it works perfect I could not be happier its simple but very good to understand i am curttly whsing for nothing ear (a) to replase my OnePlus Nord buds 3 pro i cant wait til i get the new nothing buds

Ich möchte gerne die Hilfsbereitschaft von Nothing und dem Tech Support lobend erwähnen.
Ich hatte November 2025 die Open Ear gekauft.
Leider ließen sich diese nicht mit dem zuvor gekauften Nothing Phone 3 koppeln.
Aus Zeitgründen hatte ich keine Möglichkeit den Support zu kontaktieren.
Nichts desto trotz habe ich letzte Woche den Kontakt zu Nothing aufgenommen, dort wurde mir per Mail von Herr Mohamed Arafat sehr sehr gut geholfen.
Die Open Ear wurden kostenlos per DHL Express abgeholt, instandgesetzt und zurück geschickt.
Immer wieder gerne. 11 von 5 Sternen.
Nothing only sells products
Nothing only sells products! They have No Warranty and No Service! Basically, once you buy any product from Nothing based, you are on ur own ! To me that is a case of dealing with Customers “ In Bad Faith “! Stay away from these SCAMMERS!

Herr Mohamed Arafat hat mir innerhalb von einer Stunde geantwortet und alle möglichen Optionen aufgelistet. Wir sind sehr schnell zu einer guten Einigung gekommen und ich bin mit seinem Support mehr als zufrieden.
Ich freu mich riesig auf meine Kopfhörer und danke Mohamed erneut für seine schnelle und kompetente Hilfe.

Cheap as chips customer service
I've supported Nothing since they started with the Nothing One and CMF watch.
With the launch of the 3a, it seemed like a good time to upgrade. Unfortunately without wireless charging, the 3a was not for me. Having being assured by customer service that I had time to evaluate the phone, I gave the phone a go.
Unfortunately, it didn't work for me.
On trying to arrange a return and refund the nightmare began.
Having had to fill in loads of info, already available on my Nothing account, and having to provide a video of me boxing it up.
I was given an RMA only to have to complete another online form with all the same info. Upon chasing after 6 days, despite their assurance that it would only take 3-5, I have been informed the return was cancelled.
Having had to supply another set of the same account details, the whole system will no doubt start again.
Very poor customer service from another zendesk setup. I have been on the Nothing Community website and it mirrors the negative trust pilots reviews, which is a shame for a company that had good potential.
The 4a Phone for the money is…
The 4a Phone for the money is reasonable however, in the days of eSIM I think Nothing need to highlight in big bold letters that eSIM is only available on the 4a PRO or of course the 3. Those of us that want a mid range phone for travel will find this a little disappointing. Mind you for 16 pounds you can buy a SIM converter which will then allow you to to use an eSIM on a 4a or 3a for that matter; just shows how penny pinching not providing eSIM compatibility is. If not for the lack of this feature I would have rated 4 stars, shame really.

I purchased a phone, earbuds and headphones in July 2025. They're all still under warranty.
One of the ear buds has very little sound so I'm trying to send them back. 22 emails later and every email starts with trouble shooting.
I've sent a vid, pics, order number, proof of purchase and proof I bought from Nothing but now they're wanting another vid and the serial number from the box which binned when they were delivered.
This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. I'll never get another phone from them. Seems they want your money quick enough and when things go wrong they pass you around people in customer services and repeatedly ask for the same info.
Avoid.

Hello. I placed an order on their website to treat my son for his birthday. BUT when I received the parcel, there was nothing inside. It was just an empty box. I reported this immediately to customer support and set about resolving the issue. They asked for: a police report, a report from DHL, and photos/videos of the box. I provided all of this and sent it to them by email. After several days of correspondence, they simply stopped replying to me. I don’t understand what I did wrong. I did everything they asked for... So I strongly advise against buying from this company. If any problems arise, you’ll be left to sort it out on your own, with no help from the company.
My order number: #DE167843. I hope that, at least after this review, something will change and they will take notice of me.
Maddening returns process
What is actually wrong with this company? I bought the 4a pro without doing my due diligence, upon realising it was actually a downgrade from my 2024 pixel 8 pro I decided to return it - before it had even arrived. No where on their website advises on returns, so I have to contact customer support. They ask for the IMEI, the order number, a photo & why I want to return it. Fine. Apparently not good enough, they want me to turn the (unopened) phone on so the IMEI registers in their system? Weird but okay. So I have to turn it on, set the phone up and then let them know. They then say they'll get back to me. They get back to me with another form they want me to fill out, requesting RMA number (what ever that is) and the IMEI number of the ear buds?? So they can create a RMA number & then I will have to submit a returns form for these separately. I wanted to support a UK company but you can tell their support emails are written in AI and their returns policy is lunacy. Get a grip NothingTech
A Betrayal of Trust – From "Pure Android" to Cheap Bloatware Tricks
I bought into the Nothing ecosystem because of the promise of a clean, minimalist, and user-first experience. However, the latest system update has turned my phone into a billboard for unwanted software.
During the update process, I was forced through multiple "recommendation" screens pre-loaded with junk apps. The UI was intentionally designed to make opting out nearly impossible—the de-selection icons were so miniscule that every attempt to uncheck them opened the app overview instead. It was a calculated, frustrating experience designed to exhaust the user into submission.
Despite my best efforts to deselect everything, the system ignored my choices and installed a swarm of unwanted bloatware anyway. This is "Ongoing Cannibalism" of the user experience—sacrificing customer trust for a few cents of affiliate revenue.
Nothing used to stand against this kind of "tech-garbage" behavior. Now, they are leading the charge. If you value your time and a clean OS, stay away. This is a total catastrophe.

This is such a bad phone. The Nothing Phone (3a) Lite is incredibly disappointing. Nothing works properly. I even had to contact support just to get Bluetooth to connect. I can’t open any documents on it, the camera quality is terrible, and the battery barely lasts 15 hours — and that’s without even using it. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy this. Get something else

Ich hatte Probleme mit meinen Kopfhörern und habe den Support angeschrieben. Eine Rücksendung war zwar nicht möglich, aber wir haben eine andere Lösung gefunden. Mohamed Arafat war sehr zuvorkommend, einfühlsam und ist auf Bedenken und Wünsche eingegangen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.

J’ai acheté des écouteurs Nothing le 03 mars 2026 en suisse pendant mes vacances deux semaines plus tard l’écouter gauche ne charge plus et plus de sons j’ai contacté Nothing France et voici leur réponse.
Après vérification, nous vous informons que nous ne pouvons malheureusement pas accepter votre demande de garantie. En effet, la garantie doit être appliquée dans le même pays que celui où le produit a été acheté.
