This company is fraudulent, one month and several emails later they have not refunded my money. They cancelled the order and two days later took money from my account. No refund given.

Company has scammed me just like everyone else. Cancelled order an hour after it was placed and never send refund as promised in email. It has been 6 weeks and still nothing. Luckily I have an attorney on staff that takes even small stuff like this personally.

Should have read the Trustpilot reviews before buying! My scenario followed the exact same storyline as all of the other one star reviews. I placed my order, they took my money, a few hours later I received an email informing me that they cancelled my order. They are promising to have my refund to me in 5-10 business days but after reading the reviews, I do not have high hopes for that. I will be reporting them to the BBB, which has over 1,000 complaints about them.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

I have seen this story from several others. I placed an order; 10 minutes later, I was told that they didn't deliver to that area. This was followed by an email saying that my return had been processed. That was on June 25th. I have called three different times and was assured that the money would be returned within 2 to 3 days. Finally, I got an email to a supervisor, who assured me that the refund was being processed. And the refund has finally been processed to my account, on August 14th. It seems that many people have had the same experience with this company.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order on July 7th and a not even 30 min later they cancelled my order saying they did not have anyone to deliver. They said they processed my refund and at most it would be ten days. I have contacted them multiple times and have been promised a refund. I have yet to get a refund or an explanation other than we are working on it.

I wish I could give zero stars! I placed an order paid extra for expedited delivery, on the order it was clear that it was for a birthday, and I provided them with my phone number on the order page. I just looked up online to try to see if I could get confirmation that the flowers were delivered for my wife’s birthday, and their website shows that I don’t have an order with them. So I checked my email, and I see that they canceled my order. They said that the florist in my area is going to be unable to deliver them today sorry for the inconvenience but they processed a complete refund to my credit card
I don’t care about a refund I care about my wife getting the flowers that I ordered, I only get one birthday a year to make it a big deal for her and I have something delivered to her at her office on her special day. And the fact that they couldn’t even callv me and let me know, that they think it’s OK to just send an email, and say sorry. That’s a bunch of crap. They’re in a service business, they need to do better

This is a scam. They could not fulfill my order and submitted a cancellation and issued a refund. It has been more than 15 days and the refund has not been received. I submitted a dispute on the amount and never trust them.

I ordered flowers from Starluck two days before the funeral of a family friend of 50 years. Starluck called me right back and asked for a review for a service that hadn't happened yet. They then called me after the service was over to say that they did not deliver the flowers and could they deliver them the next day! How ridiculous! I do not recommend this company at all!

Floral Deliveries Are Done
Waiting on refund. Surprisingly enough an order placed for same day delivery and canceled by the company same day with guarantee of refund in 5-10d finally charged my account almost a week later. To further surprise though, I was able to get a warm body on the phone rather quickly. So while the experience is a one star, customer service is a solid 3. Will update once refund received. Still recommend brick and mortar florists.

I am writing to inform you that your order has been cancelled. Unfortunately, the florist in your area was unable to deliver your flowers. I am not sure why this is the case, but I will investigate and make sure that it does not happen again.

In the meantime, I have issued a full refund to your credit card. The money should be reflected on your credit card statement within 5-10 business days, or sooner, depending on your bank's policies.

Today is August 9th and still no follow-up or refund, but the funds have cleared my bank!
Because these were funeral flowers I had to quickly scramble and purchase flowers and hand deliver them myself.
