This company is fraudulent, one month and several emails later they have not refunded my money. They cancelled the order and two days later took money from my account. No refund given.

SCAM!!! SCAM!!! SCAM!!! I was excited to see a business offering same-day delivery near my sister's home. Then immediately received an email saying the order was cancelled! I hunted the internet to see if this happened to anyone else and saw ALL these reviews and similar stories on trust pilot. I immediately called my bank and reported this FRAUDULENT transaction. At my request, my bank canceled my card and reissued a new one, because I did not want these starluck "company" SCANMERS having my bank info. My great bank also tracked this horrible situation and got me a refund back! This MESS and SCAM of a company should be SHUT DOWN and CHARGED with a CRIME!!!!!

Terrible....ordered flowers for anniversary. Tried to track and it said an issue so called. They said they could not deliver, as too far. Asked why they advertised they could deliver there. Needless to say, too late to have delivered at a reasonable time by someone else. If I didn't call and inquire they weren't going to reach out and tell me. Will have to go buy flowers somewhere on my own and deliver er myself.

I would actually give them zero stars if that would allow me to still give this survey. I ordered flowers for my daughter for her birthday online at 7:15 in the morning. They build my card. I received a confirmation but something told me to check the tracking information. It could not find my order so it said to call in. I was transferred to another person who said that was out of their delivery area and they just received the cancellation notice which I got after I got off the phone with them. Horrible customer service if you’re able to order online and you put an address and it’s out of your area. They should tell you right then that they can’t do it very very disappointed and will never ever ever order from them again feels like a scam

Absolutely unacceptable experience with Starluck Flowers.
I placed an order and Starluck Flowers charged my credit card. THEY cancelled the flower order, not me, and told me that my money would be refunded.
It has now been 28 DAYS and I still have not received my refund.
There is absolutely no reasonable excuse for a company to charge a customer's credit card for an order they cannot fulfill, cancel the order themselves, promise a refund, and then fail to return the customer's money nearly a month later.
They had no problem taking the money from my credit card immediately, yet somehow returning it has become an ongoing ordeal. This is beyond disappointing — it is an outrageous way to treat customers and completely unacceptable business practice.
After waiting 28 days for money that should have been promptly returned, I have completely lost confidence in this company.
BUYERS BEWARE. I strongly recommend researching Starluck Flowers and reading other customer reviews before giving this company your credit card information. I certainly wish I had.
I would never order from Starluck Flowers again.

Placed an order and got a confirmation email saying they had accepted the order and were getting it ready. Tried tracking the order but the link doesn't work so I called roughly 30 minutes after getting the confirmation email and Hannah tells me that they had received the order but they just spoke to their "partner" and they don't deliver to that location (mind you it is a hospital in the middle of town), asked who their partner was and she claimed she couldn't tell me because of privacy policies. Now I have received the cancellation email from Robertha and she says that she is unsure of why the flowers couldn't be delivered but I should receive a full refund in 5-10 business days, or sooner, depending on my bank's policies. I am so aggravated, I was trying to send our friend some flowers in the hospital because she just had her first child and now I'm out the money with no gift. We'll see if I get the refund back, reading these other reviews doesn't seem very promising.

They processed my order, charged my credit card, then within a day the order was cancelled. I requested a refund and after 3 weeks they still haven’t processed it. They appreciate my patience however! This is a scam company pretending to be a local flower shop. They reply to my email but they are still working on a refund.
Really quick at charging your credit card but refunding is a whole different animal.

I ordered my mother flowers for her birthday, which was on a Sunday. I was shocked that the order was taken. (I thought to myself, "This is too good to be true."
They canceled within the hour. I thought the reason was that it would have been a Sunday delivery. So, I reordered for a Monday (weekday) delivery—the same thing happened.
I waited the ten days and then contacted them. EVERY DAY, complaining to them. I did get a refund for one of the orders. But not the other. Why didn't they refund BOTH!!??!!
I will continue to be a pain in their A** until I get my refund for the second order. I wish I had gone to Trustpilot before dealing with these crooks!!
