I'm happy with your response time & your willingness to accept the shipment back & refund my money as I didn't intend to have a subscription because I needed to make sure I could even take it 1st as I am on other meds & supplements & I've not been able to take the magnesium at all yet because I take progesterone at bedtime which also makes you drowsy & at the present time I'm not getting a full 8 hr window to recover & be alert for work I wish I could because I think I really need magnesium & I need one that won't upset my sensitive gutt at the same time as I've had bad experiences with other forms .

I ordered from SPNutrition a one-time purchase via Apple Pay (or so I thought).
About a month later I received an unauthorized Apple Pay charge for over another $100 and a couple days later more product was delivered. Zero notification via email has been received that another shipment was being sent.
Per the company they send an email prior to shipping which supposedly allows you to cancel. That is false.
No proof or communication is provided when the shipment would arrive so you can not reject the delivery.
I followed their instructions to cancel my subscription and it’s proof I do NOT have a subscription. See below.

Unauthorized Shipment
A month after receiving a 3 month supply of product an error in the SPN system charged my card again and scheduled another 3 mo supply shipment. I was prepared for a difficult resolution process but was pleasantly surprised when the problem was resolved within 24 hours!
