I was sceptical at first! Now I take one or two every night and we’re sooo helpful in every way that I have my daughter who is 60 plus, to try them. She now has ordered some for herself! Recommendation indeed because most daughters don’t listen to their elderly mum!!

They work. I was very happy I made the purchase. I will be making another purchase in the near future. My husband takes them now too!

I didn’t expect it to work because I’ve tried sprays, drinks, pills Ineffective. Melatonin made. me feel drugged out the next day . so I went into this completely, not expecting it to work. I was pleasantly surprised. I fell asleep easily got up one time to pee and slept through the night. I woke up, feeling refreshed and great.

Finally, something that works. It may sound like an exaggeration to say this is life changing, but it has been just that for me. A small company with a great product and awesome customer service! So happy I found you!

So far I've been taking 1 gummie per night for about a week or so and im actually sleeping more than 2 1/2 hours at a time. Averaging about 4 to 4 1/2 hrs of a Deep sleep. Time will tell. Maybe when I have a day off/free time Ill take 2 at night & see what effect it has on me. So far it has been a good experience. Thank you.

They work great but I wish they were sugar free (maybe sweeten them with Monk Fruit?)

I have only been using them for just over a week. Have not had leg cramps at all. However, still waking up at 2:30 or 3:00 to use the bathroom. Hoping that will change with time.

I had a very negative reaction to this product; gastrointestinal distress (after taking two gummies and the second night taking one and a half). I also had an increase in muscle cramps and contractures of my legs which kept me up in the night. As a nurse, I researched this reaction and it appears that either the higher dose of 400 mgs or possibily the quality of the product was lacking, it prompted a gut reaction that prompted an electrolyte imbalance. When I wrote to the company, they agreed to reimburse me for the product, but would not provide a prepaid postage sticker for the five bags that remained, which I found to be speculative, considering the negative reaction I experienced. As the owner of a business myself, I did not find this to be the best customer service situation.

I still have trouble sleeping, but after about two weeks of using gummies, I slept better and deeper. I have even started dreaming again.

I have been taking for 6 weeks now and they are working. I get 6 hours of sleep! Just waiting to see if my system will get used to them and not work as well. Years ago melatonin worked great for me, today it doesn’t! Thank you. Just ordered 3 more!

Helps me fall asleep faster. I still don’t sleep more than 3-4 hours but it definitely helped

So far so good! I’ve only been using g them for about a week and they seem to work great. I had been taking another form of magnesium in tablet form but it didn’t always work reliably. These are super easy to take and taste good too.

It was not advertised but one day my inflammation was gone after I had a bad night with restless legs and took 5 gummies to calm my nerves. So I wondered if 4 gummies would produce the same result. I tried 3 gummies but that didn't work.

Sleeping better at night. Need help with falling asleep faster. Any suggestions.
