I have tried to cancel my subscription for 2 months & SP nutrition keep taking my money even after they confirmed my subscription is cancelled-

My shopping experience with SP Nutrition was extremely disappointing. The advertising and checkout process were confusing and, in my opinion, did not make the recurring subscription aspect of the purchase sufficiently clear. I believed I was making a one-time purchase, only to discover afterward that I had been enrolled in a recurring order.

I contacted SP Nutrition almost immediately after placing the order to request cancellation, yet my attempts to get the issue resolved were met with delayed or nonexistent responses. I sent multiple messages over several days while continuing to receive shipping and promotional communications. The lack of timely customer service made an already frustrating situation even worse.

I was eventually told that I could refuse the package and receive a refund once it was returned, but this should never have become such a complicated process. Customers should not have to spend days repeatedly contacting a company to cancel something they attempted to cancel almost immediately after ordering.

The combination of unclear/conflicting advertising, the subscription enrollment, and the extremely delayed customer service response has left me with a very negative impression of SP Nutrition. I would strongly encourage the company to make its subscription terms much more transparent at checkout and to respond promptly when customers contact them about cancellation or billing concerns.

Everything went smoothly until delivery. It took me a long time to find where they had left the parcel however follow-up email from the company was very helpful Jennifer.

I am one of these people who is always caught with scams.For years I have had trouble sleeping 3-4 hours a night.I saw the add for these gummy bears and thought I would give them a go.It has been nearly 3 months and I am sleeping 6-7 hours a night.I couldn't believe it.If you are like me and not sure This is definately a genuine product.Please give it a go you wont be disappointed 😊

I was beginning to worry about my order being one of those sneaky subscription things so I emailed the company and received the most detailed response about this phase of their process when it comes to that particular issue. It was made very clear that I would be receiving a notice 3 days prior to each shipment at which time I could say “send it”, pause it, or I could cancel at any time. This certainly put my mind at ease. Just wanted to take the time to let everyone know they will be working with a company who puts their customer first. I think you’ll be extremely happy and impressed with their service.

I asked you to terminate my dubdcription as senfing Two bags every month gor one person is overkill.

After ordering they put me on auto shipment. I cancelled my order and asked for a refund but they shipped it anyway. I had to go in my Paypal account to cut them off future orders. I tried calling but they don't answer heir phone. Don't do business with this company,

This company is the worst with customer service. I received notice of a shipment of two bags of the magnesium gummies less than one month after receiving my first shipment of two bags, each having 30 servings. I contacted customer support. While waiting for a response, I looked into maybe it was a subscription. I had to request a separate link to access a subscription I never wanted. Tried to cancel. Still haven't gotten a response from customer service. I would think twice before buying anything from this company. Apparently it's a never ending purchase.

I ordered and paid for my order and never received it . I have tried several times to get help on this matter from the company and I still have not received a refund or the product . The delivery company sent a picture where it was supposed to be delivered . The picture showed someone’s hand not where the product was left . I thing the company is a complete scam . They take your money and run .

I received an email with complete information regarding my order. The email was very caring about the customer and concerns.

The ordering process was easy. Delivery took a little longer than I expected but now I know what to expect with my next order. I’ve only been taking them for about a week. No unpleasant side effects like I have experienced with other magnesium supplements. I do feel like I’ve slept better some nights but it’s early yet. I feel as the magnesium builds in my body I will see more improvement.

Be more specific in order directions for those who are not interested in a standing order.

Excellent service and brilliant advice on the benefits of the gummies and also helped out with advice on future deliveries and how to stagger them. Love the gummies highly recommended.

Tried it liked it. Now want to cancel but won’t allow. I tried the first time and now I’m stuck with another delivery which I do not want to have.

Customer service was very helpful and very quick to respond to my ordering error. I very much appreciate that my issue was resolved so promptly.

I find that this company treats its customers with importance, not just another customer. Refreshing.

I’d give them minus one star if I could. This company tricks customers into a subscription and creates unauthorized charges. Never purchase these products it’s not worth it. They don’t even provide noticeable benefits.

They're response was very timely and they assisted in setting up a more manageable subscription delivery!!!
