This product might be ok but I hate the deceptive practice of putting people on an unexpected subscription that I most certainly did not authorize. These subscription are cleverly hidden and hard to know one has even been enrolled. I hate that! I want to order what I want, when I want. After sending and email that went unanswered, I went to the site and cancelled it myself. I also don't trust a business that doesn't have a customer service number.

I started taking these gummies and really like them. ,Mainly because magnesium helps your bones. I need that! I thought they would help me sleep better too.

This company was so easy to deal with. I had so order issues and messaged right away and everything was looked after promptly and fairly and I was very happy
And the products I get are great.

I searched the internet to be able to purchase Magnesium Bisglycinate at a more affordable price for me as I am on a very limited fortnightly income. Well, that was my first mistake as I was obviously conned by copycats and wasted my money on cheap rubbish. I was telling my son who lives in UK and he told me to never ever by from anyone else but the original website. He said all the rest were copycat scammers and just rip people off from fancy Facebook ads. So yes, at 83 I learnt a very valuable lesson. My advise is beware of cheating copy cat products.

I totally recommend this company as I had a change of circumstances and could no longer afford my subscription. I contacted customer services and they immediately stopped my forthcoming order and gave me a full refund very quickly. I was obviously very happy that it had been dealt with quickly and professionally.

Like the product but auto shipping does not work for me.

I have ordered SPNutrition before and when I got my recent order of 2 bags I noticed a different look to the packaging and the name SPlonex which I was not familiar with. I was afraid that somehow I got scammed and I am very happy to get a quick response from the company to reassure me that I had received the authentic product. I love these gummies and so does my friend who I recommended them to. Thank you for your prompt response.

Communication was prompt was able to have my order subscription stopped for a limited time I have four bags of gummies will take me approximately 4 months to get rid of or to eat at bedtime thank you very much

The company advertises a refund policy if not satisfied with the product. An email address is provided to ask for the refund. Then they proceed to ignore all communication. They haven't refused the refund. But they have ignored the request.

I was asked to provide email and order number. Order number is above. I choose not to provide my email address in this public forum, but did send further email providing both order number and email address. No response. AGAIN!!

They changed my subscription to match my needs. It is nice to to get some assistance with out my having too argue with everyone.

Glad they are honoring their return policy, but I feel the company should offer a free return.

I have been using these gummies for the past 2 months and honestly I haven’t seen any difference to my sleeping so sent them an email to cancel my subscription. Was very easy to cancel once they sent an email with the instructions. I’m sorry it didn’t work as I was hoping I would get a better nights sleep but it didn’t happen.

The gummies really help me go to sleep on the nights my Restless leg syndrome isn't acting up. Ty
