Superb bags. I've had one for 2 years and it has travelled the world with me. So comfortable and able to hold everything I wanted. Waterproof as well which is invaluable.
The customer care service is also first class. A truly first class product.

I made an order my rucksacks turn up in a few days, really lovely quality. It was missing the free side bag. Sent an email, they responses the next day and my side bag it’s on its way. Purchased for my Safari holiday in Africa this September..

I ordered the backpack in black and it is exactly what I’m looking for. It’s stylish and good quality. Would defo recommend it

My order was promptly dispatched but unfortunately Spiral chose to use Evri who firstly failed to deliver and then seemed to lose any interest in making any further action - rather like Spiral customer service who have failed to respond to my email to them. I’ve had to go down the chargeback route through my bank. In view of this I cannot recommend purchasing from this brand. Update - the bags are great and Spiral did send out replacements by Royal Mail for the items lost by Evri, but they didn’t advise me of this. The replacements turned up unannounced. Responses to subsequent emails have been rather hit or miss hence I’m only regrading the company with four stars.

Brilliant costumer service and swift action to my concern.I’m just waiting now for the free cross body bag which is included when you purchase a back pack.

So good this is the second bag I've purchased. Great customer service too - didn't realise that you had to add the crossbody bag separately, they're sorting it.

Ordered the backpack with the free crossbody, didn't read that you needed to add the free item yourself but an email got it sorted straight away

I made the mistake of not adding a product to my order as part of a deal.
Contacted today and explained.
Immediate reply, asked what item I wanted and was then told “no problem” and it has now been dispatched.

The bag looks great. Delivery was very speedy without any problems. I caused a slight problem with the order but they have resolved this issue very quickly. Great service.

This is my second order with Spiraluk as my son uses these bags for work. They are good quality and fast delivery. There was a problem with my order but once I notified them which was on a Sunday they were quick to respond and corrected my order immediately

We have been looking for a water resistant backpack for a while and came across Spiral through a social media advert. The price was too good to pass up. The quality and look of the bag is top notch, we selected the 20l bag so it would be manageable for day to day use or short journeys. It fits what we need to carry around and it is comfortable to wear.

I have to mention the amazing customer service, there was an offer to get a free messenger bag and I had assumed it would get sent automatically, but you had to put the bag into your basket, I emailed Spiral and got a message back the same day to say they would sort it, once I had selected the messenger bag, I got an email back very quickly to say the bag had been dispatched. They were so helpful and so responsive.

I can’t really say anything negative about this company - my order was delivered very quickly . I made an error not adding the free item to my basket - I contacted them and it was sorted - no problems - their customer service is excellent and I highly recommend them and will use them again.
