Top quality bags! Excellent value! I work Offshore so I travel alot and need a good quality bag these are top class and especially so with how cheap they are! And you get a free small bag too which makes it an even better deal.

Fantastic products, very impressed. Ordered a backpack with a Free crossbody bag, the backpack arrived, which I was very happy with but the crossbody bag didn't arrive. I ordered a back pack and failed to click the free gift shoulder bag deal. I only received the back pack. However, I contacted Spiral UK. They acted swiftly and with empathy showing a full understanding. They immediately amended the order and shipped the additional item the same day. The rucksack and side bag are of high quality and this is matched by their customer service. First class.

I ordered a backpack and forgot to add the free crossbody bag at checkout. I emailed them as it was my fault but they quickly replied and rectified my error.
