Items were easy to see and order online. Delivery was good and didn't take long. Tee shirts were good quality and the person who received them was very happy. Will definitely be purchasing from Spiral again

Still did not receive the item and not replying to my e-mail.

Unfortunately a poor review as they sent me the wrong size and I have been in touch and no one has got back to me to rectify the issue

There are 2 weeks since I order the T-shirts and still I have not receive them, I asked the support team about the order, no answer. Disapointing.

No response to my emails—I wrote to all three addresses. Then I called and asked for my money back, but nothing happened. When I filed a claim with PayPal Buyer Protection, my package arrived one day before the deadline. One item is missing. The whole process took three months. I haven’t received any apology or explanation as to why it took so long and why they didn’t respond to my emails.

Ordered shirt on the 14th of April now the 17th and no updates at all.

Been 3 weeks since the emails sent about the mis-print. I will never understand a company willing to get red stars and bad reviews all for the sake of answering emails and correcting the fault very easily just send a replacement its that simple. 4 emails and 2 messages on FB messenger but they don’t want to answer. I will keep updating on here

They used to sell stuff with some cool graphics, but now it's overflowing with AI slop, and all clothes look straight up ridiculous. I have 2 t-shirts from Spiral that I like a lot, so I wanted to buy some more, but all the products on the website look embarrassing. Such a shame...
