Great bag and great service!…
My wife bought me a bag for Father’s Day. She didn’t realise there was an offer of a free cross body bag. I contacted them to ask if it was still possible to get it. They were super friendly and helpful and it’s on my way to me now. My bag has loads of space, looks cool and feels sturdy. I’m going to use it to put all my gear in when I do gigs 👍

what great customer care.
so I made a mistake and forgot to order my free crossbody bags and the team reached out to me and had it sorted within 24hrs. the bags themselves are fantastic for my everyday life both in and out of the military and are of a great quality. all in all a very satisfied customer.

Bought set as a gift. Arrived next day excellent quality. Had to order another set for myself now. Quality product with excellent Customer service support. Answered all my questions within the hour. Second set on way. Beautiful colours. Will definitely use for gifts in the future.

Customer service
I had a problem with my order as i didn’t add the crossbody bag to my order,which was totally my fault. I contacted Spiral and within an hour replied back and they have arranged for my cross body to be sent out.The quality of my back pack is amazing and Customer service was spot on.Thank you!

Very poor
Very poor, first of all Evri the delivery company said that my parcel has been delivered but it's not, so I contact both Evri and Spiral UK but the only reply I've had is from Evri asking me to contact Spiral UK but no reply or acknowledgement of my email yet.

We’re sorry your initial delivery did not make it safely to you. As soon as you contacted us on 24/06, we looked into this with the courier and replied on 25/06 with the delivery image, asking you to confirm whether the location shown was your address.
Once it was clear that, despite the courier marking the parcel as delivered, the item had not reached you personally, we arranged for a replacement parcel to be sent straight away. This was then delivered successfully in hand on 27/06.
As a small team, it is always our priority to make sure customers receive the items they have ordered, and where courier issues occur, we will always try to resolve them as quickly and fairly as possible.
While the initial delivery issue was of course frustrating, we do feel it is important to clarify that we responded promptly and ensured your order was successfully delivered within a few days of you first contacting us.
We hope you’re now enjoying your items.

A small problem of not receiving my free bag with my order, so I contacted Spiralux who responded immediately apologised for the error and gave me a choice of free bags. Once selected they dispatched it immediately. Thank you for dealing with a mistake and rectifying it immediately.

Absolutely the best backpack I’ve used
Absolutely the best backpack I’ve used. Lots of space and it’s prefect for my little trips away.
Good material which is easy to clean and wipe down. Love it.
I made an error ordering mine where I didn’t receive the crossbody bag, but I just emailed Spiral and it was promptly sent out.
Can’t fault these guys. The customer service is as good as the products.

I bought a spiral bag from TKMaxx in August 2025. The zip broke recently so as less than a year old approached TKMaxx as still had the receipt. Told very firmly that they would not provide a refund due to excessive wear and tear( it was a rucksack used for this purpose, what did they expect!) So contacted Spiral who with no quibbling offered me 50% discount on a new bag( it has just arrived only has one zip, looks robust and roomy) amazing service and in Footy terms TKMaxx 0 Spiral bags 3.
