Product arrived super quick. Looks spacious for its intended purpose and made to high standard. Like many, I forgot to add the crossbody bag to my basket during the recent promotion! One email later this was sorted and the next I received I had the dispatch email for this, excellent customer service.

Sorted out my error very swiftly I didn’t attach my free shoulder bag on original order and I contacted them straight away and sorted this for me with no problem and returned email back within five minutes. Other companies I have dealt with don’t even reply. Great service recommend them to others well deserved

I kept seeing adverts to their bags for a while, and was always skeptical, because the offer to get a free bag, with a backpack, at such a cheap price, and looking as good as they did, felt a bit too-good to be true.

BUT... having now bought a backpack, and got a free shoulder bag, and used both for some time, these are good quality bags, for the price.

I did have a small issue, in that the shoulder bag arrived, with an indent, but Spiral replaced it within the same week, very quickly.

I ordered the deluxe travel backpack and it came super fast. The quality was superb and far superior to any others I’ve had. It is perfect for holidays. My partner was delighted. I forgot to add the free crossbody satchel which was worth £30 and they responded to emails quickly and have arranged for it to be shipped out free of charge. Superb customer service. Superb quality products. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fabulous customer service, used the offer to order what I thought was both but found for some reason ( probably me) only the main pack got added. Emailed spiraluk and boom had a reply “ no problem, will add it and send both” superb service.

I placed an order for the backpack and crossover bag and I received my backpack which I was very happy with but realised that I forgot to add the crossover bag, I emailed the support team and they kindly rectified my mistake and sent the crossover bag free of charge.

Less salesy than other options the algorythm sends my way! The bag is well-made and has everything I need to pack for a day out or a short trip away.

The bags are a nice design at a decent price. The quality seems good so far. I'm happy with the bag, but what I was even happier with was the service. The rucksack was a gift from my mother in law, and she didn't realise you have to choose the free gift separately so forgot to add it on. I contacted Spiral after delivery and explained. Perhaps cynically I wasn't sure if they'd say I have to return it and start again, or at least pay for the extra postage, but they quickly replied and arranged the free gift to be sent to me. It shouldn't be a surprise really but in this day and age it's refreshing to deal with a company that shows common sense and understanding, getting things sorted simply. I notice lots of reviewers have had the same experience, so perhaps it's worth adding a pop up to remind people not to check out without their free gift, but either way thank you for getting it resolved easily.

I recently bought a backpack from Spiral, and by mistake, the free crossbody bag that was included in the promotion was missing from my order.

I emailed their customer service, and within just a few hours they responded and arranged to send the crossbody bag straight away.

The backpack itself is excellent quality and definitely worth the money. What impressed me the most, though, was their outstanding customer service. They were incredibly professional, helpful, and resolved the issue quickly without any hassle.

Wish all companies operated like this. Had an issue with a purchase. Got a reply within minutes and matter resolved within 24 hours. Amazing service, wouldn’t hesitate to order from these guys again and would highly recommend them. Brilliant company.
