ORIGINAL REVIEW - I have returned the items that I ordered for a refund, I can see that they were delivered a week ago, but my money hasn't been refunded and I haven't had any response to my email asking for an update and I can't find a telephone number to call. It's really frustrating as when arranging the returns, I got a really quick and friendly response that confirmed that I'd be refunded within 5-7 days.

UPDATE - I can confirm as per their response, Spiral have processed the return. This was done on the 15th August, 1 day after my original review. The timing suggests that it was prompted by my review. But either way, I am happy to have the refund so I have increased my rating from 1 to 3 stars.

Bag was really good quality and fast delivery. Forgot to put free bag in basket when ordering , emailed them and they sent me 1 with out any hassle .

Good bags etc but I think the quality of the finished stitching is not very good, on both bags, exactly the same threat issue

Had an issue with my free Traveller Deluxe Backpack was sorted in super quick time

So while ordering a bag I forgot to take advantage of the free bag offer. I emailed spirals customer services and soon after I was offered the free bag in addition to the order I had already placed with minimal fuss on my end.

Not received the bags yet however very swiftly sorted an issue (see lots of other people also don’t order the free bag). Emailed, got a quick response. Bag sent out. If the customer service is like this I’m confident they have a product to back it! Awesome service.

Very happy with the product and speedy service. Ordered a bag which arrived in excellent Condition and good quality. Forgot to add my free smaller bag to the cart for the promotion being offered and the staff were more than helpfull with replying to my emails and sending me the free promotion or a smaller bag with no extra cost. Would highly reccomend.

I bought a backpack but didn’t receive the cross body messenger bag that was on promotion at the time, so I contacted their company via their contact page section. Within 24hrs they had gotten back to me! After 2 or 3 emails to grasp an understanding about what had actually happened, they sent me my cross body bag!! 48hrs for a resolution is great in my books!
