My 30l bag arrived and it is fantastic. Absolutely perfect for work. However I had forgotten to put the crossbody in my basket to take advantage of the incredible offer of getting one free! I contact Spiral with the faint hope they’d allow me to add the crossbody to my order and get it for free…they responded within an hour saying of course and had sorted it all and got it ready to dispatch within 30 mins! Incredible service to go with the quality products

Why don't you answer your emails. Poor service, no communication, no tracking information. 2 emails later, still no responce.

I missed adding a freebie to my basket so i contacted the company to enquire about and they had answered my query, actioned it and got the items sent out within a day. Items were deliverd a day early!!!! The items quality seem really good so are exactly as advertised.

So i would not hesitate to recomend this company to others and will definately use them again.

I ordered a black 30 ltr back pack delivered within 5 days. The product came in very good condition, packaging was right for the product. The backpack is exactly as described and looks to be of high quality. Very happy with the product and excellent customer service. The backpack is that good my wife and daughter have also order them as their is a vast range of colours.

Bought a Traveller Deluxe 20l water resistant bag for high school aged child. It's a generous size with decently long straps and no impractically sized pockets or zips which follow a rounded track [having a child whol will put a square folder into a rounded top bag and force the zip is a lesson they'll never seem to learn from]. Time will tell how water resistant it is, as we live in Manchester and the kids spend a lot of time walking to school or waiting on bus stops in the autumn/winter/spring rain!
I messed up claiming my free gift (which incidentally is another rocking bag which I've used a lot already - Deluxe Messenger bag in black), the guys picking up and responding to emails kept their professional decor despite me asking several dumb questions back and forth and issued the product I wanted.
Excellent customer service by email, with rapid response time. Super quick dispatch of ordered items which look and feel good quality.

Fantastic service yet again. Great product, so robust for all my work items I carry in a day to day basis. Have just purchased the lovely pink cabin bag and the free cross over to match, it will be great for my holidays.

Placed order 19th August 2026. Customer service is lacking. On the Shop App, Evri is expecting a delivery and they are still after checking today 24/08/2026. I have posted on Facebook, messenger and got automatic response to contact from messenger via email which I have done this morning. No confirmation email of received though. Communication is poor. They pride on customer service but I am failing to see this at the moment. Update@ 24/08/2026 Finally a response back from the company after a direct message from the customer service form under the contact us. This seems to be the only way really to contact. The email to info email address did not get a response.

If you haven’t already invested in one of these back packs… do it!!

The fact you get a freebie bag is amazing

The quality of the product is second to none. I bought this as a back for my 4 iggys.. the over the shoulder freebie bad is for poo bags and treats!

Bought the back pack bag which had an offer of a free cross over bag. I mistakenly didn’t add the free cross over bag to my order so didn’t receive it. I contacted Spiraluk and they kindly obliged and sent me the free bag separately.

Great bags, perfect for my travel & gym needs. Unreal customer service after my own mistake placing the order. Couldn’t recommend more.

I have just ordered the traveller deluxe cabin bag, however I didn’t realise it comes with a free crossbody that you had to add to the basket also, I emailed them as soon as I realised, and asked if it was too late to add the free crossbody body to my order.. customer service was amazing, and they added the crossbody to my order. Can’t wait to get my bags, and will update this review once I have received them.

The bag is cheaply made, terrible materials and not worth the money paid. Highly recommend avoiding this company.

Driven to the Shop app to complete purchase because the shop is a bad platform my order was duplicated, customer service doesn’t get in touch through either social media or email. They had the cheek to package them together too after charging twice for postage, they eventually got in touch and I returned one set of bags at my own cost even though they were responsible for the duplicate order so it’s cost me an extra £8.50 to return you can get the same bag in Primark unbranded for less than a tenner, not a good experience.
