A first class service. Deliver has been fast and the quality on the rucksack is superb. I made a mistake with my order. I emailed the team straight away. I got a fast response with a resolution proposed. I would definitely recommend them. Super customer service.

Great product and great service

This is the second time buying from Spiral and thoroughly recommend them. Bags are great and customer service is amazing. Will definitely reorder from Spiral again in the future

Really happy with my Spiral backpack. The quality is great and it was a good deal too. It's the perfect size, so it works just as well for travel as it does for daily commute to the office. It looks smart, and there's a good range of colours to choose from.

The best part was the customer service. They let me know when it was back in stock, and when I realised I'd forgotten to add the free backpack to my basket, I wasn't expecting them to do anything about it. To my surprise, they sent it out straight away. I've already been recommending Spiral to my friends.

I ordered a backpack from spiral. Without realising I had the wrong address on the order and I had not added the frre crossbody. When I noticed I got in touch with them not expecting them to honour the free item as it was totally my mistake. But they honoured the free item and amended my address, even though it will have cost them another delivery fee. I cannot in any way fault the guys, really fantastic customer service!!

I just received my explorer delux rucksacks and I have to say it’s great quality and look brilliant, hangs on the back of my wheelchair a treat and you get a free body bag.

Really good backpack, perfect for travelling. I messed up my order and didn't add the free crossover to my basket, I didn't read the instructions and just expected it to be sent with the backpack. I emailed Spiral and the crossover was delivered the following day. Amazing customer service and a really good product 👏

Great quality bags and outstanding customer service

Fanatics quality and value.
I have purchased bags for myself and my husband. The design with plenty of zip pockets makes them perfect for travel. Customer service is very responsive. Just want more colours now 🙂

I had amazing customer service from Spiral when I mucked up my order. They couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly and rectified my mistake so quickly and efficiently. Can’t recommend them highly enough! Thanks guys!

Bought a bag for family. came with a free bag. materials are excellent. i love the shape of the bags and how sturdy they are. So impressed I bought a few more. Love the fact it is a IK company.

They simply ignore emails in regards to there backpacks failing after very little usage which seems from looking at previous negative reviews this is a common theme.

Strap connector shattered in my hand when inserting clip, poorly made. Cheap

Super helpful customer service team. A pleasure to deal with. I wish this company much success going forward.
