I ordered my bags and love them. I got the 20l traveller deluxe and it is amazing the quality is fantastic. My wife got the 27l Explorer deluxe and is so happy and also excited to use this. We also got a free Deluxe messenger bag each. And cant believe how good the quality and size is for a free bag. Will definatly be back for more bags.

I ordered a bag, submitted the order and then realised I had managed to miss out on a special offer to get a free messenger bag. On the off-chance (and without much hope as this was completely my error) I contacted Spiral.uk and asked if I might be able to still add the special offer. Not only did they allow me to do so, they covered the extra shipping. They asked if I would be happy to leave a review - I said 'sure' but was a bit worried - what if the bags arrived and I didn't like them or the quality wasnt so good..No need to worry at all - these are really high quality; well constructed bags - and on top of that - they are really nice - they feel nice, comfortable to wear, the zip sounds good when you zip it! the laptop pocket is just right to slip your laptop into. Just really nice. Def 5 star!

I bought the big backpack it came with a smaller bag and it’s been a god send. Completely waterproof, I have packed it to the brim and the bag was heavy but to wear it, the straps were comfortable and great back support. I loved the bags so much I bought the new medium size bag and I love all of them. They look great as well. Highly recommend. Easy ordering a delivery was quick.

Quality of the bags is great. I was a muppet and didn't follow the process, missing the crossbody offer. When I contacted Spiral to see if one could be sent, they were really helpful and it only took a couple of days for me to receive it.

What a fantastic bag it’s nothing like I have used before but after one day I love it. I have walked this morning about 9 miles without any neck or back pain. Now a confession when ordering I forgot to add the free bag and after emailing customer support they have despatched the item I forgot to put in the shopping check out, without fuss it was done. Must be a good company as so many of the big companies may not have been so helpful. So from me thank you

Really happy with my purchase - the bags look exactly as expected and I'm happy with the value of receiving a free cross body. The only minor niggle is that I felt I needed to replace the zip pulls with cord ones to avoid sounding like a morris dancer in the street (there are many useful zipped areas and the zips are lightweight metal that can be quite noisy). I also prefer the look of the bags with the new zip pulls even though they looked great before.

I ordered a 20l backpack from Spiral having researched many others. The website was very easy to negotiate and ordering was simple. Delivery was also very quick. The quality of the backpack is excellent and it does exactly what it says on the tin! I should have stipulated that I wanted the crossbody bag on the original order but omitted to do so. I emailed the company and they responded within 24hours sending out the bag a day later. Cannot fault their service and the quality of their product. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic company. After making my order I realised I messed up but the customer service was the best I’ve ever experienced. They did not hesitate, emailed straight back and still sent out my free bag . They didn’t have to do this but they did and I take my hat off to you guys. The bags are great quality and great price.
