First order with Sourcemore was on 5/2/2019. Didn't know 1 of two items was on back-order. I don't remember seeing anything about the Uwell Caliburn was not in stock. Oh well. My bad.

Received email on 5/29/2019 saying it shipped. Tracking # they gave me was fake.

Shipping detail generated on 6/11/2019.
Shipper finally gets it on 6/18/2019 (a full 20 days after they said they shipped it).

2nd order with Sourcemore:
Pre-ordered the Asmodus Minikin v3 on 5/11/2019. Yeah I know, never do pre-order. But my v2 just died and I was so happy Asmodus was releasing the v3. I asked about when they expect to get them and they initially replied "don't worry," then they ignored my subsequent emails.
Finally after 41 days, I received an email that it shipped on 6/21/2019. Again fake tracking #. They then give me a real tracking # whereby I see the shipping details were generated on 7/2/2019 and it finally shipped out on 7/8/2019 a full 17 days after they said they shipped it.

Just not worth it for the few dollars you save. They charged me about 8usd per package, so don't forget to consider shipping cost when price shopping. And the god awful service along with repeated lies about it being shipped. Just not worth it. I have screenshots of all communications should anyone wish to confirm this.

I really don't get the bad reviews on here, my experience with buying from Sourcemore was perfect. Ordered an item on the 7th of June and it arrived today (14th). Fully tracked, so I knew exactly where it was at all times, the item was cheaper than any other Chinese online shop (authentic as well). The estimated arrival time was between 9-14 days, but it arrived in 7, from placing the order to getting my item.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. I ordered a profile unity RTA from them. While placing the order I selected Singapore post but they change the logistic company without informing me. The package arived after 45 days, that to in damaged condition. I didn't get a sealed piece, I received box open piece may b it was a used item with one of the glass broken. Atleast I sent them 30 mails but they didn't help me for anything. I can say sourcemore is not a trustworthy seller. Will never ever buy anything from sourcemore.

Good and competitive/low prices, they really need to improve customer service/support as they respond really really slowly to customer issues. 2 out of 2 orders delivered successfully although it took long time (35 days) to deliver.

Products in stock are limited most of new products need more time to stock & ship out. More shipping methods is highly recommended to support/add in the future to customers - they support very limited shipping methods compared to other sites currently. Overall score/experience 3.5 out of 5

Place an order over 3 weeks ago , sent numerous emails to find out where my product was, to find out they didn't have it in stock, when it finally did get sent out, never got sent a tracking number, we are going on just over 5 weeks and still haven't seen my product(they guarenty 12 business days on delivery), and no one is answering back my emails as to what they are going to do to help me. Going to have to go after a refund.
DO NOT recommend Ordering from here.

Lowest price i have seen, fast delivery, a lot of products and you can check the tracking of your pack

I love everything. This is my second time to buy on this site. Nothing disappointed me so far. Eventhough my last order got delayed during their holidays, but it's ok for me. Good site!

I truely don't understand the negative reviews. I ordered a SMOK Develkin for around 33€. The package took round about 2 weeks from Hong Kong to Germany. I unscratched the field and checked the Develkin, if it is a replica. But it wasn't. It was an original.
The screw were defective, so i couldn't press the fire button. I told the problem to the customer service and made a video of the defect.
They have sent me a complet new Develkin Kit, with the TFV12 Prince. I didn't had to send the defective item back, so i have two Princes now. It took about two weeks again, but i am completely satisfied with the support. 5Stars, and I will order again.

They promise shipment within 48hrs but it can take up to more than 2 weeks.Also a very bad customer service, they try to cover up their incompetence with a lie and when you caught them, they just tell you another lie. And when you receive a tracking code, it is not certain that you will ever receive your order...

I ordered two times from their European warehouse and the items came within a week without a problem. Very good prices and low cost shipping, highly recommended.

i bought a smok stick v8 kit, it says the payment has been performed but i didnt get any confirmation of the purchase or an email with the order and when i try to enter their website with my account it says that login or password are wrong. i sent 2 emails to them but still no response.

Package didn't arrive. Refused to reship or resend, had to have the repayment done thru paypal, luckily I paid with them or I'd never have seen my money. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Iv ordered 2 tanks from them, it's been more than 45 days and still no pakage arived, now we will see if I get a refund

The worst site ever, I ordered the Mag Kit by smoktech and they have it in stock.
It's been 6 weeks now and still no delivery.
Multiple back and forth emails and always stalling and never a direct answer, refuse to issue a refund.
Tracking tool saids The item has arrived in the country of destination for over 2 weeks now and that would be impossible.
It took them a month to get it out of the country, no idea why?
During the same time span I have placed 3 different orders with 3FVape and already received them.
Never again I will order from this crap company and I would not recommend it for anyone I know so please be careful of the lower prices that attracts customers and you'll wait for months and no guaranties you will get your order.
