I recently purchased some 7.5 mil tanks for my TFV18. They were great. I didn’t know that the products were coming from overseas and I was a bit nervous since I was burned from another shop before. I reached out to customer service and they provided me with tracking information. Granted, I couldn’t read the language so I reached out again and they were more than happy to help. I then tracked the package state side using their tracking information. They were then able to get a new tracking number and information as to who was making the delivery. Communication is definitely key. They were delivered before expected and in perfect condition considering they traveled a long way and were handled with many hands. I look forward to ordering from here again. Thank you

Bought a go 40 vape and coils and they never sent me the correct tracking number at all. I emailed them to ask them when is the order gonna be shipped and it never got shipped they said they would email me when it gets shipped out. I had a confirmation email with my order number had a link to click on and there was the fake tracking number I tracked everyday and when it finally got delivered I never received it it went to Australia instead of new Zealand where it was meant to go I was not happy so I emailed them to say where is my order I have not received it have not heard back from them will not be buying from them again this is a scam website smokstore.com I will be contacting my bank also to get a charge back refund if I can. This company will not send me a refund at they are scammers that's why disgusting behavior not okay I've been scammed several times before know what it feels like. I contacted Australia post they said it was not my address they post lady said what's your name I said my name she said it doesn't belong to me it didn't belong to me it belonged to someone else the parcel so either someone else got my item or it was a fake tracking number Australia post said it was delivered in Western Australia they said contact the seller it could be a scam or wrong information or tracking number I payed them 81.00 cause of the currency from USD to NZD. Parcel was to someone else as what she said the lady. When I order the product I made sure I payed for global shipping to new Zealand my address and name were correct so it might of been a fake tracking or scam my husband said u have been scammed from Japanese people

It's starting to sound like a scam I've been scammed by theses people this was done deliberately I had a gut feeling as soon as I saw the tracking delivered in wrong country and no email from them stating the tracking number I had a bad feeling come over me they have taken my money for nothing basically I'm so angry and upset that could of been my food money they have ripped me off for nothing.

You are right on every point. We failed you.

After investigating your order, I can see that a serious administrative error occurred. The tracking number provided to you was for a different customer's order entirely, which is why it was delivered to Australia instead of New Zealand. This was our mistake, and there is no excuse for it. Furthermore, our failure to respond to your emails made a frustrating situation unbearable for you, and I am truly sorry.

To be completely transparent, there have also been significant delays and logistical issues with shipping to New Zealand recently, which added to the confusion. However, this in no way excuses the core error that caused this.

I am not going to ask you to wait any longer or to go through any more steps. Right now, we are processing a full refund of $47.68 USD back to your original payment method. You do not need to do anything else.

The refund will appear in your account within the next 2-3 business days.

You mentioned that this money could have been for your food budget. This truly breaks my heart, and I am so sorry that we put you in this position. That is not the kind of company we want to be, and we have clearly failed to show you that.

I know you said you would never buy from us again, and I completely understand and respect that. I am not asking for another chance. I am simply hoping that this full refund can, in some way, make up for the stress and disappointment we have caused you.

We are implementing a new tracking verification system to ensure that this specific type of error never happens again.

I just made a purchase and I have seen all the negative reviews of this business, so far their shipping fees and conditions are confusing (and almost the same as my order total), but I’m going to give them a chance to help me decide if going with this business was a good choice, I’ll update my review accordingly.

Update 1: Customer service has had reasonable response times, and although the order took longer then expected to ship it is now on its way. So despite what people say, this is definitely not a scam it is just a slower process then you may expect. You may need to contact consumer support to make sure that your order has been shipped, so that’s why it remains a 3 star for now. I will update when I receive the product. April 1st, 2026

Not good for international relations.

It’s been 12 days and I haven’t received a confirmation that it shipped. I decided to look up the website & uncovered countless bad experiences had by customers. Some Say OK, I Say SCAM

Just placed and order and I have to say they're GARBAGE. I ordered a mod for which they showed they had EVERY color available. I ordered gray. I also ordered several packs of pods (this particular mod had a coil/pod all-in-one). After not hearing anything from them for almost 5 days, I reached out to them by email to check status. They responded after another day or two, asking if I wanted "blush pink" instead of gray for the mod, and if I was OK waiting "several days" for the pods as they're out of stock...
I asked if they had black (something closer to the color I wanted) and asked if they knew when the pods would be in stock. They responded another 3 days later stating that pink is the only color they have available and they have no idea when they'll be getting more pods.
It's just plain scummy to sell stuff you don't actually have stock of (or have any kind of arrival date). These weren't ordered as a backorder thing. They had another item I wanted that was listed as backorder/pre-order, but I held off on ordering that in case it might delay the primary items that I need more quickly. So, they have the option to list something as OK to order but not immediately available, but still opted to list these items as available and take my money.

No Customer Service

I finally found a device and RDA that I have been looking for ever it seemed like so when I saw this so called place of business showed them in stock I placed my order they took my money instantly and then the wait begins I decided to email them to find out why my order was still pending only to hear the next day that what I had ordered was no longer in stock and for me to choose something else unfortunately that response was not the answer I wanted to hear so I decided to cancel my order as of today 1/3/26 and five emails later still no response isn’t that just wonderful customer service

Made a purchase, didn't receive tracking # or shipping notification. After three weeks, I emailed SCHMUCKSTORE and was told, by the notorious "coco", it would ship when my payment cleared. My credit card was charged when I made the purchase. After another week, and another email, this time no reply. I finally disputed the transaction with my credit card.

Not the best but not a scam

I mean it’s not a scam but it’s not great. Ordered in early October and didn’t hear anything about the order until like the 20th. It took 3 emails before they even responded to me and even then it was weird. The whole time someone named coco was talking in broken English while trying to communicate a refund. It took them about a week and a half to refund but I did still receive the refund. Use this website as a last resort, it won’t take your money but you won’t have the best experience.
