Never have received my order. It's been 3 months!

I ordered from them and it got here really fast about 14 days so I decided to order again because I didn't like what I got. It's been 25 days now in New York NY and they got this weird tracking number. Idk it I'll get a different tracking number once it gets to USPS or if I'll even get it at all. My wife ordered it for me for a Christmas present but yet to receive it. What can you do they are cheap there site is great hit or miss with shipping. Only thing you can do is email and wait witch sucks I don't understand how you can order from temu for Alibaba or AliExpress and it get here really fast and it's coming from China but sourcemore shipping sucks way to long I was going to spend alot of money here but Im going to look for a different site

AVOID THIS 'COMPANY' AT ALL COST... they are located in China and once your order gets into the states and there's any problem THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER to contact anyone. THEY ARE IN CHINA AND YOU JUST THREW YOUR MONEY AWAY.
Avoid at all cost unless you have money to waste.

I have shopped Sourcemore for years. Loved the prices, but the past two times I ordered, my card info was later used by unknown actor.

Sourcemore is a good store with good promotion and deals. It would be better if they had a warehouse in Europe so that the delivery of the ordered products does not take 20 days. Everything was fine with the bank card payment. The package tracking is also good, the path of the package can be easily followed. And one more positive thing is that they deliver to Europe with IOSS!

DON'T PAY THERE.
Sourcemore has a leak in their website. After ordering with new credit card, this card has been used in a fraudulent transaction some weeks later.

This has DEFINITELY happened after ordering at Sourcemore, because this was the only place I used this card.

Company itself is okay, it delivers the goods.

I have ordered from them at least 6 times with almost $1000 of items. There was a problem last time, and they refused to help. Good price but the payment system always bug out and delivery takes forever( part of the problems because online juice cannot be returned after a certain time). And there will be no room for mistake as they don’t accept return to China. I feel disappointed and will make sure I and my friends will go with another shop next time.

I was weary about ordering from the site because of the reviews, but it was the only place I could find the The mod I wanted the pink and white geekvape L200 I kept searching for weeks and weeks and finally decided I’m just gonna give it a try because I’ve ordered some places with bad reviews before and it was not a bad experience. It actually got here faster than I thought I’m in New Jersey US and everything was smooth sailing. I got the mod in perfect condition I would say it took about 15 days to get here which is not bad when you’re ordering from overseas and it’s something you really want

If you live in the states be prepared to WAIT. Don't order from the 24hr dispatch section and expect it to come quicker. No matter what they will tell you there was some mystery holiday that nobody has ever heard about. They have terrible customer service. Not worth saving just a few dollars. PLEASE STAY AWAY!

Horrible experience with this company. Package got lost, then when they refund you the foreign exchange rate changed so I lost 30$. The shipping cost was almost 100$CAD yet they chose economy couriers. What a dumb bunch. Another order ended up lost again and it was expensive so this time I processed a chargeback with my visa and got the full refund.

Be careful.

my parcel was lost. i had to pay 25 percent import tax. so they refunded me only the product. so buying with them means you can lose your money. I lost 25 euro's for nothing.

I got my tracking number on the 28 of Nov and it boarded a plane for Canada finally Dec 7 and its the 20 of Dec and im still not getting any updates. So it's been almost a month since shipped not moving no further updates and company keeps telling me to wait more days so I really don't understand how others are getting theirs so quickly when I'm paying expedited shipping and I can't even get an answer from the company as to why so slow this is getting ridiculous. As kind as they've been im not to impressed with the lack of interest in finding out why my package doesn't seem to be moving for almost a month with no further updates.

Always had good experiences with them, but as of lately it's not that good anymore. Idk what happened there.

Sehr gutes uns seriöses Unternehmen. Habe mir zwei Verdampferköpfe bestellt. Und ja von Anfang bis Ende hat alles super geklappt. Danke an das ganze Team, Daumen hoch und weiter so. Werde auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder hier bestellen.

First time ordering from this US company, I wanted the larger non euro TPD sized (4ml instead of 2ml) Innokin Zlide tanks for a good price, found some on offer at Sourcemore. Checked the reviews, and aside from some discouraging ones, I decided to bite the bullet and try them. Ordered on 7th July, they arrived to me (UK) on the 20th....brilliant! Good tracking updates, good prices, excellent service. Thank you!

Saw the reviews and thought it was a gamble but since they are so cheap I figured I'd risk it. Glad I did. Everything was great. Fast and very cheap. Scared me a bit when it said delivered and wasn't but it read due to a transition from carrier I think. Nothing shady. Customer service responded quickly and with more details than even needed. I think they now have a regular customer out of me...

The ePacket shipping ($15cad) to Canada only took 2 weeks which is most appreciated and I was able to get a limited model that the manufacturer doesn't produce anymore and for a reasonable price. If you're worried about insecure payments with international merchants/card skimming you can use Paypal or a prepaid credit card from a store like 711 or a prepaid web service like KOHO in Ca or Privacy in USA.
