I ordered my pods THREE WEEKS ago. My package hasn’t even left the warehouse yet. The shipping label was created 12 days ago and it STILL hasn’t left the warehouse. I EVEN paid for express shipping. Complete waste of money. At this point I think I’ve been scammed or something. I’m never going to see the products I bought and completely wasted my money on express shipping

I put an order on on February 13, 2026, got a shipping number 2 weeks ago, all it says was shipping label created in some city in California, I have contacted them several times they keep saying be patient, they told me my order is in the US a week ago, but shipping status still saying label created, if I knew it was going to take this long would have went elsewhere, I never had this problem with sourcemore before, always got my order in 2 weeks, it's been 5 weeks since I put my order in, ridiculous.

I ordered the item more than 30 days ago, and on February 3rd, a shipping label was created, but the item was never shipped. And they don't respond to mail messages. The company became a fraud. And here he writes answers, just to trick more people.

After this review, they've already sent me two emails, apologizing for the wrong address and promising to ship it. But I still haven't seen a tracking number or USPS tracking number. This further confirms that these are scammers who are afraid of being exposed and are trying to scam people further.

Ordered my vape more than December 26th months ago and when I checked it says shipping labels created never received a product. The product I purchased says unavailable on the website out of stock. Be warned never buy from them again.

I contacted them for a refund numerous times and cannot get one. Basically I have been robbed of my money and never received a product. If this changes I will change my review it won't be great but it'll be better than this. A. LaBeaud

I had been a regular customer of Sourcemore for a long time and made many successful purchases in the past. However, my last order from almost two years ago was never shipped, and I never received the product or a proper refund.
For two years, the company has failed to send my order, failed to refund me, and failed to provide any real solution. I have all the evidence of payment and communication, yet nothing has been resolved.

This experience shows extremely poor customer service and unreliable business practices.

I strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from this store to prevent similar problems.

This website is terrible. There are incredibly long delays in shipping and delivery, and most products are unavailable. It can take more than two months for them to arrive in their warehouse. From October 17, 2025, to today, September 3rd, my order is still being processed. Is this even possible? Is this a global website that doesn't have any products in stock? If I ordered from Pluto, my order would have arrived by now!

A vape store that always has the best prices and all the new range of kits and accessories. Depending where you are it might take couple weeks for the delivery to arrive, but oh well the savings that you can make is well worth it. Always have the best experience, and the customer service is amazing. Wish more online retailers would be as efficient as source more.

Sourcemore isn’t sending my $2000 order,
Their account was closed due to the ban on vape trading on the OKX exchange & they aren’t refunding my money & not sending my order. Do not trust them at all, vape magazines present them as a reliable supplier by taking money but they are not.
