Pre ordered a are way slow. I'm still waiting on the new freemax mod. It's been 2 and half months and still waiting. I'm sure I'll still get it but damn. Other type stuff I order comes pretty fast
If They Provide A fake tracking number, you have to contact PayPal by phone. You'll win the case. A bot decides in the companies favor when they provide the fake tracking numbers, so it's a must to contact customer support by phone. I had the same issue with another site as well. Seems like this scam is becoming a new "normal". I hope this information helps some of you get your money back!!
Ordered intake sub ohm tank & two pack of coils for £23.44 converted including delivery cost & it was delivered in 5 working days including a weekend. I couldn't be happier. My 3rd order now & no issues whatsoever.

I ordered a tank 30 days ago from them and have yet to receive it despite being told it would take 9-14 days. I have emailed twice, and finally got a (generic) response this morning with a tracking number. According to that, its been sitting in customs for 3 weeks and hasn't even left the country! So glad that a. It didn't cost the earth and b. I used PayPal so should be able to get a refund. Never again....
I ordered my ijoy saber in December 28th. They said the deadline is Jan 15th, three days ago. Still nothing no package. Dang I want my money back and they send these crappy emails with a crappy tracking number and website. It’s total bologna
I ordered an AegisX by geek vape from them (black friday special) they said it would take between 10-20 working days ot took about 25 working days, they were really helpful in the sense that when ever i needed information on whereabouts of the product i just emailed them and the replied within 24hrs sending me a link of which tracking website i can use ,as it changed at different stages, all on all im happy, took a little longer then expected but great customer service.

Ordered a Vape mod from them and it quit working after a couple weeks, contacted them for a replacement, (not a refund), I've been very nice, I get that products are defective occasionally, most companies are very accommodating. If you buy from them and your product fails, you will not be able to return it, make sure that is in your calculation
What's the deal with getting a response from this company never have I had such bad customer service from a company paid for shipping to get early and it's been 4 days and yet to even get a tracking number once I get what I have ordered or from the looks of the other reviewers if I get what I ordered never again would give 0stars if possible to write the review
Customer service is there but are very unhelpful and rude have per ordered 2 mod for them the first of which released a week ago but has not shipped. One of there staff let it slip that it has not even been ordered yet. I am very surprised that this company still exists as the level of customer service i have received is the worst i have ever experienced in years of dealing with chinese companies.

I've ordered an eroll mac kit in a great price. I've encountered into a problem with the kit (not sourcemore's fault) and they were super helpful solving the problem. I highly recommend.

Not existing customer service. I placed an order 8/25 today 9/14. I have used US Express/Estimated 9-14 days. Thy only update I can see is 'Parcel Data Received 2019-08-26 09:30'. I tried to contact customer service with no luck. I am going to wait few more days and then I will dispute the charges.
I have bought from Sourcemore many times and have always found them excellent. Their delivery times to the UK are far better than other Chinese based companies with an average delivery time of 8 days. I had a problem with a tank I purchased from them which leaked. Once I had sent them a video showing the eliquid leaking from below the air hole ring they offered a replacement but not just another of the same tank. They offered to send any tank up to the same value. I choose a different tank that they where selling in their flash sale and it was delivered 6 days later. They may be a little more expensive for some things than some other suppliers but for delivery and customer service they cannot be beaten.
What a change in delivery time from my last review. Packages now take over 3 weeks to arrive. When Temu and Aliexpress offer free 7 day delivery on orders over £15 and £8 Sourcemore still charge for postage on all orders and take weeks to arrive.
I ordered the Hellvape/SuckMyMod Passage RDA in Full Matte Black.....keep in mind it was on pre-order. I didn't mind the wait given all the great reviews on the RDA(good things comes to those who wait). After 18 days I got a shipped email with a tracking number. I tried tracking the package and nothing popped up until my local post office delivered the package to me. I ordered the RDA June 5th and today is July 31st. So now I'm really anxious I finally got my Passage RDA I RIP open the packaging and it's the wrong color configuration and what adds insult to injury they didn't even print my entire first name or my last name at all on the recipient portion on the packaging and the color configuration I paid $2 extra for was on the damn receipt. I emailed them expressing my disappointment and I'll more than likely have to wait to get a reply. If you're smart don't order from this company. This might be a isolated mishap but if I pay for something and pay extra for it I expect to get what I paid for especially if I have to wait almost two months for it. Smfh.

Just a little update:
I got a response back from Souremore's customer service pretty much telling me it was their bad for the mix up and for my troubles here's $10 to add to your account on our website Mr. Hunter. No full refund,no we'll send the RDA you were supposed to get in the first place....just $10. I would've paid for the shipping on the right RDA I was supposed get....hell I would've waited another two months to get the right RDA I ordered in the first place,but nope I just get offered $10.....never again! They just lost a customer and I will be spreading the word amongst the vape community far and wide.
