Great customer service and convenient location. Vehicle in great condition

Friendly efficient service with bonus upgrade

First of all the pick-up at (in my case) Auckland International Terminal was really fast: less than 5 minutes after me calling them, I was picked up and brought to their office.
Then all formalities regarding the rental were done in a very friendly and easy going yet very efficient manner. Taking into account the fact that I am a non native speaker of English the staff was very helpful and patient with me, explaining everything about driving in NZ, the where, what and how’s regarding the few toll roads in NZ. And finally all features of my rental car were extensively explained and pointed out to me, including the digital screen and the Apple car play, before taking off.
In one word: perfect in every sense of the word.

Die Abwicklung bei unserer Ankunft in Auckland, vom Shuttleservice bis zur Bereitstellung des Wagens war effizient und freundlich.
Leider erhielten wir ein anderes Modell als das von uns gebuchte.
Da das Fahrzeug bereits älter war und Innenreigigung nicht besonders erfolgreich war, haben wir nach 2 Tagen die Anfrage gestellt das Fahrzeug zu tauschen.
Das war absolut problemlos möglich und wir bekamen ein relativ neues Auto ohne Innenraummief.

The simplicity of the whole process of pickup at airport to pickup of the vehicle. Very friendly staff that understand customers needs, if they can help they will.
I think the best thing is the fully covered insurance, I hire vehicles over the greater EU area and many companies have compulsory full insurance built into the hire, in my opinion this makes it’s so much easier, even if one pays a little more, in the long run it’s a faster pickup and return with really nothing to discuss.

I will certainly being hiring with Snap with my future visits to my home land Aotearoa 😊

Great staff, super friendly, great instructions about our pick up point at the airport. Collection of car was easy due to the online check in before.

Honestly, the process was incredibly quick and efficient. Once all the online details were completed, everything went smoothly.
I went to pick up at the Auckland Airport - The team was friendly, helpful, and answered all my questions. Pickup was simple, and the Toyota Highlander Hybrid was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable to drive. With unlimited mileage, it was great value for money. I had no issues at all with the vehicle!!
Communication was excellent, even when I needed to return the car slightly later than planned. Returning the vehicle was just as easy—fuel up, hand back the keys, and done.

I made a round trip from Chch to Auckland to pick up my family and belongings.

I returned to Chch with a van full of furniture and other heavy items, along with my entire family.

Being able to count on the quality of SNAP / U-SAVE vehicles was crucial for a good trip.

The trip demands a lot of vehicle performance with many uphill sections, high speeds, and rain at times. And at no point did the vehicle rented from SNAP show any signs of problems or reduced performance.

Thank you SNAP for ensuring a good trip for me and my family with well-maintained and cared-for vehicles.

Just an addendum: It was my first time driving a HIACE van and I was truly impressed by the quality of the vehicle!

If anyone needs a vehicle that can handle hard work, I highly recommend it!

The online reservation was smooth and there were great choices of vehicles to pick from. The email on shuttle instructions from the airport was fairly clear. Car pickup process was extremely quick! We got the car within 10 mins which was good after a long flight. Car was in good condition and had an excellent audio system and also Apple CarPlay for easy map navigation.

Auto in sehr gutem Zustand, günstiger Preis, freundliches Personal, quasi keine Wartezeit.
Hatte einen kleinen Schaden am Fahrzeug verursacht (Kratzer an hinterer Stoßstange), der deutlich günstiger als von mir erwartet repariert wurde! Beim nächsten Mal nehme ich trotzdem Vollkasko ohne Selbstbeteiligung. Klare Empfehlung!

My name is Hakolo Ikitule, I have used Snap Rentals twice, and both times they have been great. Well awesome really, the attendant she was great, especially her smile, the way she spoke, and explained quite clearly about the rental side, when I returned the vehicle, I was welcomed with the same courtesy, I highly recommend Snap Rentals.
