Pretty poor experience. They made me take out my coat + my light jacket so had to shop in my tank top. (I’m 5 months pregnant) so did not appreciate that. Then offered a very used hoodie to wear as a cover up. No thank you. Fine to coat check but the second jacket was extra.

Also very slim pickings on products not impressed with the Bon point sale. Should be more clear on the inventory they will be putting out there to save people the hassle. Was in and out in 5 minutes. Def won’t recommend.

First things first, don't order here if you are in a hurry. My order took well over 30 days to arrive. On the shipping date I got notified of missing items. Refunded, but still disappointing as they should be able to keep track of their stock. Lastly, shipping is exceptionally expensive, especially since they choose one of the slowest delivery services. All in all would not recommend, unless you find an amazing deal.

Very unpleasant experience: mishandling of booking by the company and extremely unhelpful and rude staff at the door.

I attended the Jigsaw Sample Sale first session at Showcase.
This was a very well run and enjoyable event with good quality clothes and great prices.
This was down to the great management and organisation by the Showcase Team.
The Staff were all very friendly and helpful and ensured everything went well.
Their Sales are worth attending.

Okay i know you staff are doing your job but my daughter a 11 year old wanted to go watch demon slayer on showcase Her friend went aswell there are both eleven by the way So it is a 15+ movie her friend got in but my daughter didn't this impact has left me Very upset

I went to one of their in-person events - I loved it. The clothes were easy to find as they were all arranged by size, the price was delightfully reasonable.
I had a bit of a mishap, as I bought a jumpsuit and forgot to take the belt that comes with. I came back the next day and the staff were SUPER helpful and made everything so easy.
Pleased to say I got the belt and have a new gorgeous outfit now!
Would definitely recommend!

Excellent experience, very nice staffs, and got some amazing deals that were unbelievable. 2 big big bags of pretty clothes, can now wear 7 days a week of Rat and Boa! I will definitely visit again every time it’s on!!

What a place! Me and my fiancée attended the Self portrait sale and I have to say the sale was incredible with the service being top notch! My fiancée got so many pieces - the only complaint I have is that she spent way too much of my money - thanks again to you all!

Absolutely LOVE Showcase Attended the Rat and Boa event and LOVED it - got some great pieces at such a fantastic price and to top ir off the staff were amazing! Cannot wait to go again!!!

My parcel took forever to be shipped, and then, despite the tracking confirming delivery, it was nowhere to be found.
Looking at the delivery photo, it clearly shows a depot or industrial warehouse.
After a few emails going back and forth and repeating the same information, I got an email confirming that the delivery proof showed the wrong address, and then silence !! Despite my emails and then requesting a refund, as it's all too late now, I have not had a reply.
Very disappointing customer service.

I bought from the online Furla sample sale and after a long time they sent me the wrong bag. I requested to return the bag and it’s been a nightmare. They don’t answer emails or they said they booked a DHL collection from my house when DHL told me the parcel was never given to them from Showcase. Beware when you buy online as they are not professional!!!

I attended the self portrait sample sale in London on Tuesday the 11th at the late slot. I couldn’t find any cardigans or blazers but saw some people who’d managed to find some. I asked and was told that they only put a certain number out and that there’d be more tomorrow and I should come back early because the “early bird catches the worm”. I arranged CHILDCARE and went back today, the 12th and was told they had none. What’s even more confusing is there was a lady standing there with a blazer and she was trying to offer it another lady. The other lady was with another lady who said she couldn’t get it because she had so many that she’d bought every day of the sale????? Then the lady with the blazer went back into the staff restricted area. So the staff are literally hoarding items and putting them back in the staff room even when they don’t want them.

Also when I came in I asked one staff member lady and she said there was nothing.

When I saw the staff member who had been standing with the lady who had a blazer in her hand I asked her as well and told her I’d been advised to come back. She was sympathetic but insisted there weren’t any even though I saw her with the lady who had one literally discussing it. Then the first member of staff I had asked said “I already told you there were none you don’t have to ask again”. ????? 1. It is none of your business if I go around asking every staff member, it’s a question. I can ask. 2. I asked because that lady had been stood with the other staff member who was hoarding and I thought she might offer me it but didn’t.

The first, second and last times I will ever, ever attend. DO NOT GO.

I clogged the toilet and it over flooded but besides that it was realy good the Crain near where the but area was smelt a bit funky but it was a great experience

Great place to shop, been able to get many different brands from them at reasonable prices. Will definitely come again, and recommend others to as well!!

First time shopping at showcase’s new location at the O2, I prefer it as the ambiance is much more lighter and better. The staff are very efficient , approachable, and friendly. Would highly recommend it!

I bought a pair of celine boots and i believe that they are not authentic who can I speak to about this?

I went to the Tommy Hilfiger sample sale today and I was really happy. The staff was very helpful and welcoming, there was a nice choice in sizes and I have bought a lovely pair of shoes at an amazing price.

I recently encountered an issue with an order I placed via the online the sample sale, and I have to say, the customer service I received was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I reached out, Matthew O’N*** was incredibly helpful, understanding, and proactive in resolving the situation.

Not only did they promptly acknowledge the issue, but they also took the time to explain the steps they were taking to address it and provided clear updates throughout the process.

Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine dedication to making things right turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one.
