Was charged for an order - didn't receive the order . They told me it is my responsibility to chase it up with their supplier ( Royal Mail ) .I have informed them this is not my responsibility havent heard back from them since . Down £45 or something.

All this afyer being asked to pay 2 pounds for a charity, which was mandatory!!! Whej paying foe a charity is mandatory? Is not this coercion? Either you pay or you can’t come in, even if it is a charity? The place was too packed, and communication really bad. A customer next to me was told on the till that atelier was more expensive ( this was not communicated anywhere in the shop). Clothes were mot replaced, everything on the floor. Really bad experience

I’ve been shopping at Showcase for years, but recently I’ve noticed prices have increased a lot.
At a recent sale, I asked a member of staff about the pricing and was told that the price of the item was based on the marked down price on the tag. However, it was actually based on the full RRP. There was a chart with what Showcase’s price was based on this. When I went to pay, the total was nearly three times what I expected. I ended up leaving nearly empty handed and wasted over an hour.
Items that used to be affordable were priced far higher than they would have been in the past. This experience has put me off shopping at Showcase again.
the stuff effectively requires you to strip naked prior to getting inside the salesroom. I was not allowed in my zipped fleece (which is NOT an outerwear) and it's way too cold for me to be without which causes health and safety concerns.
in addition their online sales send me a broken item which still has not been rectified

Wanted to purchase one of the second hand bags, when I went to buy it the lovely woman behind the counter (who was super helpful and nice, hence the extra star on this review) informed me that the bag was actually £475 and not £325, which is what it said on the label. When we asked why it had been mislabelled, no explanation was given and we were told it could not be purchased for the price on the label. Was not willing to pay £475 for a second hand bag which was in adequate to poor condition. The lovely women behind the counter offered to get the manager who refused to come over and speak to us directly.
Ruined the experience - which wasn’t great anyway as very limited stock and barely reduced.
The level of customer care I received was truly fantastic. Krizia was very quick to respond, only too willing to help and wrote really well and professionally. They went above and beyond what was expected. Thank you.
A very rude security guy in the store!Acting like a boss! Always suspect you and made false statements. The old manager does not help and does not listen! No respect and discrimination!
Sent the wrong size jersey and refused to refund it. Definitely don’t use.
Super bad experience. Ordered 10 days ago and still not shipped. No phone number to call. Emailed and only got templated reply. Ask for refund they said will escalate instead of just cancel an unfulfilled order. Never will shop at this website again!
I have placed two orders. One in November and one in December and have not received it. They do not respond to any queries on email. Never again.

I bought a number of items through Showcase. When they arrived, one item was missing from the box. I contacted Showcase to inform them and they responded really quickly. Michael from Showcase contacted the brand and I had a replacement item within a week. They kept me updated while they were trying to resolve the issue. Really happy with the service from Showcase.
Great customer service. Matt from their client support team was so friendly and re-shipped a lost delivery, which was lost by the courier.
I ordered a candle and it arrived broken and after a few emails, they sent a new one which was what I needed. Customer service so helpful and sorted it. Really good service.
give a zero but i can’t. booked to see a movie and it was a baby cinema but no where on the website did it say we couldn’t go if we didn’t have a baby. then bought stuff from the shop and tried to go into the movie but they said we weren’t aloud. tried rebooking and they took the piss. was going into a earlier movie but they took so long to change our tickets it was 40 mins into the movie. so we said we would go into the 1:30pm movie and they agreed then someone called Aiden couldn’t do his job and couldn’t work the till to rebook our tickets. queue was huge and they were still taking forever. they weren’t communicating with us just speaking about us saying “they have booked the cheaper option” but realistically we booked the time we wanted to go. they took atleast 15mins to finally get us onto the 1:30pm movie but we had ice blasts and popcorn that we will need to repurchase when we go back in because they didn’t make it clear that we couldn’t go into the baby cinema. rebooked and they charged us more than they should. we payed 6.99 for the baby friendly tickets and for normal cinemas the cost was 8.99 but they charged us £3 more. honestly a horrible experience and the staff treated us like idiots.

I have been to a variety of events and they are all variable. I think it depends on your size and whether you go early or late in the sales. I have been to Aspinall's more than once where one was super organised and less packed and nice to walk around, whereas another time it was full of people and items less varied. The clothing sales I have been to Reiss again for extremes of sizes (size 4) there were less options than other sizing and I also went to last day where a lot items had already been sold. Whether it's worth the visit depends on whether you are browsing or have items in mind. I don't mind paying the entry fee as it goes to a charity.
My experience at showcase was extremely disappointing. The selection of goods is limited, with very few options to choose from, which makes shopping here frustrating. Additionally, the prices are quite steep considering the quality of the items available. The overall atmosphere is unkempt and chaotic, with cluttered aisles that don’t invite a pleasant shopping experience. I walked in expecting a welcoming environment, but instead, I was met with a disorganized space that felt uninviting. Given these factors, I cannot recommend this place to others.
Attended the Bonpoint sale today and can really not recommend. The entire experience was very unpleasant and the merchandise extremely underwhelming. Almost no signature pieces, clothes that looked like they’d never seen the daylight of a shop or (might I wager) were meant for ‚outlet‘ resale altogether.
But worst of all, I had paid a £20 premium to attend a morning slot & it was so poorly managed carnage ensued. We were all diligently early and lined up like cattle, a woman went around labelling our bags, BUT …. While we were waiting we could have dropped our bags at the cloakroom. But in the first 15 minutes of our slot, some team members decided to move merchandise and so we were all just watching time go by. Then they opened the ‚first lane‘, only to realise there was never any one ‚manning‘ the back of our lanes so a good 50 women spilled on from the streets (late arrivals, whose bags hadn’t been tagged yet) and everyone who had patiently waited for 30+ minutes got pretty upset. So it just was genuinely cattle as a royally rude woman physically tore at and pushed people back into the queues.
Short of the story, my ‚premium‘ paid for slot was wasted, women were pushing & constantly bumping into each other to get their hands on terribly average merchandise with an expensive label … it was seriously unpleasant.
Cannot recommend & doesn’t compare to Music Room or Marylebone pop up.
