I’ve been attending showcase sales for a couple of years now and I couldn’t recommend them more!
Dependant on the brand the sales can get busy, but you book a ticket and are given an allotted amount of time to shop.
I always come home with so many bargains and the staff are all so friendly and helpful!

I attended sample sale with my sister yesterday and was horrified by staffs approach towards us. Firstly we asked if we could be let in a bit earlier before out time slot as we were flying out that day. To which asks the extremely rude “mature age” lady responded “if you want to go early buy VIP for £300 and left without even trying to hear us out. My sister has purchased ticket but got mixed up with other events we were attending this week in London and forgot she actually purchased one.
We were trying to explain the situation whilst she purchased priority access for a later time slot again just to get in, however by searching her inbox she found her original ticket.
When it was time to get in she showed the ticket to one of the girls who accused her of screenshotting the ticket and lying !!! She wouldn’t let her explain the situation and was joined by the “mature lady” who started shouting at my sister.
We were outraged at how we were treated.
We expressed our disappointment about their behavior and unacceptable customer service which is least to say something I never experienced in any other country in the world but in the Uk.
To the owners and managers of this company you should think twice who you hire as your employees in London reflect poorly on your business and also brands you’re representing at your sales.
If I was a vendor, I would never allow rude, not trained staff without any knowledge of how good customer service looks like to be a part of my brand.
Absolutely horrified by this people and experience we had. Remember your business would not exist without us customers !

Love showcase they have a brilliant idea, to move the greatest merchandise at such inexpensive prices, I am especially happy with them, following a shipping mistake, which upset me very much, all was sorted in the end ,so no problem at all, I will be thrilled to keep shopping with them as usual x

Purchased Gucci Crossbody yesterday and I could have got it cheaper online or paid £100 more from Gucci for new version. Really disappointed. Also questioning the authenticity of this item as I have the very same bought from Gucci and does not match !
Tried to speak with someone about this but no one available.
I visited through Showcase so you must take responsibility for this not try to pass me off to someone else and just ask me to take down my review.

I went to the mulberry sample sale in Edinburgh and after I got home I had a big panic moment s I had an issue with an item. I contacted customer service and I was so impressed how quickly the got back to me and put me an ease. They very kindly provided with a solution and everyone involved were so kind and helpful! Thank you so much everyone I hope to see in Edinburgh more often!

I purchased 12 products in the EVE LOM sample sale in June and was only shipped 3. I have been chasing them ever since regarding the missing items and will now have to involve the credit card company. They kept making excuses to where the missing products are and then said many times they would be shipped. They haven’t been shipped to me to date and no one seems to sort this matter out. My money has gone from my bank account and I am very angry as this is atrocious and dishonest.

Loved the Kate spade sale today all the staff was fabulous. They found my camera bag I was hunting for. £10 for earring necklaces and bracelets. £80 for my bag. Love showcase it’s the 5th time I’ve been. Must go for anyone who loves shopping. Again staff was amazing xxx

I attended the Mulberry sample sale in Manchester on Friday evening with my Mum and was very disappointed. The selection of handbags was limited and the prices of those that were available were not greatly discounted - better deals are available at Cheshire Oaks.
There was a wider selection of accessories and some shoes, but even though we browsed every section and I bought a phone case, we were barely in there half an hour - absolutely no need for a 2 hour slot!
The staff were lovely and friendly but I wouldn’t waste my time to go to any other events - Cheshire Oaks is much nearer!

Update 16/05/24 - thanks to Ian and Sinead, I managed to get a refund for the faulty passport holder. Thank you to you both. Staff at showcase are really helpful.

In reply to your message Eme, the passport cover is actually half an inch smaller length and width then advertised. This particular one must be faulty. I have sent you an email at the below address, can also send you some pictures and video. If you can replace the faulty passport holder or refund me for the one I have, I would be happy to change my review accordingly.

I went to the mulberry sale, spent almost £1,000 including a passport holder priced at £75 which says it fits a normal size uk passport. It was a present and the recipient had to tell me that it is too small for her UK standard passport!! It does not fit at all!! Is this not fraudulent to sell an item which is advertised as something that it's not? I'm so disappointed and out of pocket for £75 not to mention embarresed and upset. How can these items which are not fit for purpose be sold like this?

I went to the Reiss sample sale yesterday - it was my first ever sample sale
I was expecting some chaotic TK Maxx mess, but it was actually really well organised
Everyone was super helpful, and I think that provided you go with an open mind (i.e. limited sizes etc) the you'll leave with some bargains - I did!
And will definitely we keeping an eye out for future events!

Purchased a very beautiful Mulberry tote bag in todays sample sale. Bag is lovely, staff great, etc however the label showed the original price was £1395 (I paid £495) however an identical one is on the Mulberry website at £850. This clearly makes you feel like you’re getting a deal better than you are, and I’m pretty sure is breaking trading standards.

I heard about this sample sale company just about a week ago and luckily they were doing one for Jimmy Choo at the same time! I signed up for it, went on the Saturday and I just got myself some gorgeous pieces!
The staff were very friendly, the place clean and ordered and a large range of stock for every one! Can’t wait for the next one, definitely recommend :)

Ordered online from a sample sale. Was emailed to say order would be with me within 30 days. Happy days. 30 days comes and passes and zero update, leave it a little longer due to festive period but still nada. Check online on my account and my order still says awaiting fulfilment, so why did you email me saying it would be 30 days? Clearly assuming the company would come good, they did not. Emailed you to enquire and your excuse for having no update is that the company didn’t update you, but then by some sort of coincidental miracle just as I email you, they update you! Talk about fate. My order cannot be fulfilled, which is quite frankly ridiculous because the whole idea of a sample sale is that it is products that haven’t sold and are surplus, or “samples” so how could they have over sold on it? Quite frankly feel that the customer service has been abysmal, and as soon as my refund is processed I’ll be deleting my account with you.

I am very aware orders can take 30 days! However, your website clearly states Molton Brown will arrive before Christmas which by the way is the only reason I placed the order!
Suspiciously after I posted my first review, you marked my order as shipped. That was Tuesday. However, no tracking information is available. So is it really shipped? All the while Christmas is edging closer and I’m STILL without my goods!

Giant scam! I've been to nadine merabi sale and the clothes seemed fine, the problem is they have 1 fitting room for everyone, absolutely ridiculous to expect us to undress infront of 12 other people. Show your customers a modicum of respect and build proper fitting rooms. I went to reiss sale at 02 and what a massive waste of time! the clothes were dirty, and all old styles. Nothing that's on the reiss website right now was found at the sale, they seem to be getting rid of old stock from 5 years ago. I bought something on their 111skin online sale and to my dismay, they charge £7.95 for shipping and on top of that they expect you to wait up to 30 days for delivery. You are not getting a good deal, you are getting really old or damaged stock.

This is my 3rd Showcase experience visiting the Belstaff sample sale. Excellent stock to accommodate various sizes, I only went to top up my Belstaff collection acquired during my first trip back in June 2023. Like these two that make the shopping experience ‘special’ , they both know how to Connect with customers on an emotional level and this in turn makes customers spend more money. Showcase please , please , please do not notify me of your next Belstaff sample sale , as you are making my wardrobe explode with too many goodies (I haven’t even worn the batch of goods I purchased back in June).
