My experience with TikTok Shop has been incredibly disappointing.
I ordered a specific item, but the seller sent me the wrong product. I immediately contacted them and requested a replacement or a refund because the mistake was entirely theirs and not mine.
What shocked me most was TikTok's response. Instead of protecting the customer and holding the seller accountable, they denied my request and left me stuck with an item I never ordered or wanted. It's hard to understand how a marketplace can refuse to correct such a straightforward mistake.
A company earns trust by standing behind its customers when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, TikTok Shop did the opposite. Their dispute process made me feel like my concerns didn't matter, and their customer support failed to provide a fair resolution.
This experience has completely changed my opinion of TikTok Shop. If you choose to shop here, be aware that if a seller sends you the wrong item, you may not receive the support or protection you expect.
I expected much better. Instead, I was left frustrated, disappointed, and out the money for a product I never ordered.

Une catastrophe, j’ai acheté un extracteur de jus de la marque SPZK, le rebot est défectueux et TikTok me font tourner en rond pour le retour ou remboursement malgré la vidéo. Le vendeur est clairement un escroc il ne veut rien entendre. Je vous déconseille fortement d’acheter car en cas de litige les vendeurs ne répondent pas et TikTok shop se dédouane !!

Wish I hadn’t ordered on here waste of time trying to speak to anyone placed an order which I didn’t receive ..how do people get away false advertising with non existing products 😡😡😡stay away from Tik tok shop as they allow these people to rip people off ,,

Tiktok ne veut rien s'avoir : le client a été remboursé, je me retrouve avec un produit invendable que je ne propose même pas à la vente en retour. Et j'ai perdu ma marchandise.

Un colis déclaré livré par la société de transport mais je ne l'ai jamais reçu. Pour déclaré livré c'est vrai ! Que je ne l'ai pas reçu c'est moi la menteuse. Aucun remboursement de leur part !!! 170€ . Je fais un signalement à la DGCCRF.

Nie wieder im Tik Tok Shop kaufen ! Man hat keine Möglichkeit anzurufen und für defekte Produkte gibt es keine Lösungen ! Wenn der Verkäufer die Erstattung ablehnt dann kann man nichts tun ! Nie wieder !!!

Wish I read other reviews to remind me of their service. Absolute scammers and very strange they can operate when it clearly goes against consumer rights. Maybe more should question this, they go out their way to protect their sellers doing nothing for the people that buy because well they have people dumbed down and in a buying habit so they don’t care. Never again.

Don't bother contacting customer service when items are missing from your order. Just file a claim directly with your bank. I had over $80 in merchandise missing from my package and Tiktok Shop's response was "We have to side with the seller because it shows as delivered. Contact the carrier to see what happened with your package." Despite me showing PROOF that I only received not even half of my order. It's NOT a courier issue, it is the seller's fault for not packing properly and not double-checking what a customer ordered. Also, when you talk to a live agent, they take forever to give you a response and don't even try to comprehend your issue. I've had 3 agents in a row take forever to respond and the moment I go "Hello?" they immediately do so. Just playing in my face. If you're bidding on auctions, always ask the host to show your item with a sticker that has your full name on it, not your tiktok ID. I've had several instances where the Chinese vendors give me jewelry pieces I didn't bid on because they placed the wrong packing slip name label on the item. They're too busy trying to sell multiple items that they don't care to double check who's item it is.

Truffatori. Ho ordinato due volte e tutte e due le volte il corriere dice che ho "rifiutato il pacco." Corriere mai passato. Contattandoli poi non ti fanno il rimborso perchè non autorizzato dal venditore

Bekomme seit 2 Wochen meine Rückerstattung nicht!

I purchased 2 qty XBJ projectors as gifts from tiktok following seeing all the viral videos processing how good they are. They arrived both in good time and condition. I tried one out and discovered that it had a dead pixel and the image wasnt sharp and the sound was nothing short of shocking. Instigated the returns as per policy shipping labels printed and despatched with proof of postage complete with weights etc and photographic evidence of the posting. XBJ rejected my refund stating I had returned other products and that they were damaged. They proceeded to upload one photograph per a refund request showing pc monitors in damaged boxes considerably bigger and not from me......they also had a photo of the return label that belonged to a courier company(not a Royal Mail one as that is who I used). I refused this and contacted tiktok and they stated because they have uploaded a photo there is nothing they can do and sided with XBJ despite me having alot of proof. Tiktok would no longer speak to me about the matter and I conversed directly with XBJ and they came back to me and said that they made a mistake in their warehouse and that they had recieved the projectors and that they would sync and upload transactions from the warehouse and that my refund would follow very shortly. Its now July and I am still over £200 out of pocket. I have kept on ar them and they just make empty promises and have no interest in making good on anything. My CC company now have all the proof and evidence couple with copies of conversations and are now in process of do charge backs and flagging tiktok. There is no consumer protection here with tiktok they can take a picture of the item at your door and then walk away with it and your liable because of that single photo, the same for if you return something does not matter if you have all the evidence in the world they could say you sent back something stupid complete with a photo and they will side with the supplier.....even if you have tracking information, photos and weights of what was returned. Shocking customer service all aimed a defrauding you of your hard earned money. Excuse any bad spelling or bad grammar on my rant....

Absolutely appalling customer service and blatant gaslighting from actual management. My package was completely misdelivered by the courier. The delivery photo clearly shows a property with a white door and exposed brick, whereas my actual address has a sage green door and no brick whatsoever a fact a first line chat agent even explicitly admitted in writing. Despite this undeniable photographic proof, TikTok Shop’s higher-up dispute team and real human managers are actively reviewing the case and still rejecting my refund. The entire live chat process is a joke; agents take absolute ages to reply, send a generic holding message, and then immediately shut down the chat if you don't respond within seconds. It is embarrassing that real people in their escalation team are looking at visual proof of a misdelivery and treating a loyal customer like a liar. They completely deserve their one-star rating on here. I am now forced to escalate this directly to Trading Standards for a breach of the Consumer Rights Act and log a formal non-delivery dispute with Klarna. Avoid this platform at all costs.

Da 6 giorni sto provando ad aprire un'attività su questo schifo di sito. Hanno preteso la scansione del mio documento (CIE), codice fiscale ed estratto conto bancario. Da quel momento mi è stata respinta l'iscrizione, in quanto, a detta loro, uno dei miei documenti sarebbe falso. Non dicono quale, ma intanto vengo classificato come persona pericolosa e truffatore. Servizio clienti INESISTENTE. Parli esclusivamente con un bot che ripete sempre gli stessi messaggi, anche se non inerenti con quello che ti occorre. State alla larga da questo sito, sia per acquistare che per vendere.

Writing as a seller - their policies are crippling. Customers can request a refund for any reason and if you do not reply in the EXACT way they want you to within 48 hours, the cutstomer gets a refund, regardless of the situation. In my case, TikTok's system did not give me full item information so a customer's item was not personalised - Tiktok's system issue. Now I am out of pocket and the customer still has the item. Zero assistance or help from Tiktok (been on chat to them for an hour). DO NOT RECOMMEND SELLING ON THERE.
