Ho acquistato su TikTok shop dei rossetti e un orologio . Ho ricevuto lunedì 29/06/2026 una mail da un certo corriere IMILLE che il mio ordine è in consegna. Ho aspettato tutto il giorno in casa aspettando la consegna. E non è avvenuta. Martedì 30/06/2026 ricevo un altro aviso che il mio ordine è in consegna . Mercoledì idem ricevo mail che ordine è in consegna ovviamente non è avvenuta. Idem giovedì ancora non e stato consegnato. È una presa in giro da questo corriere iMILLE. Una vergogna. Țiltok il corriere IMILLE più il venditore.

El dia 30 de junio fui estafada. Pagué por adelantado por un producto que nunca recibí. Por mas que he reclamado, insisten que el repartidor me lo ha entregado, y NO, el repartidor de ctt, se lo ha quedado,a mi casa no han venido, nadie me llamó ni a la puerta, ni al tfn, y por supuesto cuando un repartidor viene a entregar un paquete lo primero que hacen es pedirte el dni para verificar que lo estan entregando en el domicilio y persona correcta, hecho que nunca ocurrió. El repartidor es un ratero mentiroso y tik tok Shop se lava las manos no da solución y he sido estafada. TENGAN CUIDADO , no compren aquí y si el repartidor es de CTT, mas cuidado todavía PORQUE MIENTEN Y SE QUEDAN CON LOS PAQUETES.

Tick tok did not give me flash sale price. I was right there when the flash sale price came on.
Another time I was right there for the flash sale for 2 pk solar lights and the only send one and charged me the full price.
Disappointed customer.

Dont make any purchases for more money than you're happy to lose. I bought a faulty air con and they have done everything to not sort it. Having to go to Paypal to sort it

Compte vendeur bloqué sans justification. Ticket ouvert, envoi de tous les documents demandés, mais refusés, sans expliquer lequel bloque ou manque, impossible de faire un second appel, décision définitive... honte à eux

Ich hatte 8 Cuddle Tonies bestellt, allerdings nur 7 erhalten. Mir wurde mehrmals eine Rückerstattung zugesichert. Bis heute nichts bekommen. Stattdessen wurde nach einem Monat die Rückerstattung einfach abgelehnt. Jetzt mache ich den zweiten Streitfall auf und bin mir leider sicher, dass sich wieder nichts tun wird. Ich finde den Service unverschämt!

Don’t bother wasting your time selling on this platform its really not worth it. They will refund customers over nothing even when you prove to the the customer has received all items they will still make you go in to a loss and refund customer. They will also charge you £6 for every return that customer returns and on tiktok customers buy and return for jokes simply because the returns are free from them. Avoid this

Sorry to trouble you but at the moment i am not one of your customers. The problem is the delivery company you use and i dont really know how to contact you with the problem. It concerns a customer of yours that had a delivery last week and their parcel was THROWN over my rear garden wall. Only YODEL will do this everyone else delivers to the \front of the property. The driver then said it was delivered to a safe place an outhouse, which was a lie. The problem is we dont use the rear entrance that often and your goods could be ruined before it’s discovered. The YODEL tracking number was jjd0002234540336498.

Als Seller Tiktokshop erstellt. Direkt nach 2 wochen geperrt. Mitarbeiter von Tiktokshop können mir nicht sagen was ich falsch eingestellt habe. Ich habe verkäuferkonten bei ebay Amazon seit jahren. So was bescheuertes erlebt man sonst nur bei Amazon Kundensupport für Seller. Jetzt schon keinen Bock mehr auf den Marktplatz.

Either extremely incompetent or fraudulent.
Very slow to respond.
Say they'll give you free return shipping and a refund then don't (multiple times)
Never read previous messages so you have to reexplain EVERYTHING.
Tell you to wait '3 minutes' - which is usually 10 to 20.
A lot of the agents don't understand simple English sentences.
An issue has been previously explained at length to them and apparently resolved. Then you hear nothing. All they say is 'We will open a ticket for you' to be investigated.

Have lost days and part of my soul dealing with them.

Eigentlich gar kein Stern, angeblich kann nicht geliefert werden weil die Adresse falsch ist, die Adresse wurde mehrfach direkt dem Lieferanten mitgeteilt per Telefon, sms…. Danach kam sofort die Mail an uns: Kunde nicht verfügbar.

Ich habe Anzeige erstattet und erst nach 3 nervigen Wochen hat PayPal mir mein Geld erstattet. Nie wieder kaufe ich
bei Tiktok.

les livraisons ne sont pas fiables en terme de délais....aucune de mes commandes est arrivée dans les temps...et encore quand vous recevez les produits. la logistique est assurée par cainiao qui dépend d Alibaba...on a compris Tik Tok shop est une succursale d Alibaba. Bref après plusieurs déceptions, je ne commande plus rien. Marketplace à oublier

I was very excited about Tiktok Shop and their fun live auction feature. However, I am quickly learning that there are scammy tendencies creeping around every corner. Orders saying shipped, and delayed for over 10 days with no movement. TT CS makes you deal with a few hoops before they will allow or approve a refund. Waiting for the seller to respond, then reject the request forcing you to restart the process again. I've purchased items on auction that appear full size on camera but come sample size, or I will bid on a bundle and items are missing when the package arrives. It is a game of patience, which I have to imagine most people give up on. There are more hoops to jump through to simply make the situation right. I've even been sent fake products packaged to look just like a name brand, the fight, even with pictures is daunting. It's only been a couple of weeks but I am finding that most orders are not panning out the way I hoped. I feel stupid for even ordering as 75% has had some issue :(

Very disappointing experience. My shop was closed for "Fake Qualification" despite being a legitimate business. The appeal process was unclear, and the evidence provided was not properly considered. Poor support and frustrating communication throughout.

Ich bin enttäuscht vom Kundenservice von TikTok Shop. Mein Paket wurde laut Tracking als zugestellt markiert, ich habe es jedoch nie erhalten. Hermes hat daraufhin eine offizielle Sendungsklärung eingeleitet und bestätigt, dass nach der Sendung gesucht wird.

Trotz der laufenden Nachforschung erhielt ich von TikTok Shop lediglich die Standardantwort, dass das Paket zugestellt worden sei und ein Zustellnachweis vorliege. Auf die von Hermes eingeleitete Untersuchung wurde nicht eingegangen.

Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass der Fall individuell geprüft wird, anstatt sich ausschließlich auf den Zustellstatus zu berufen. Solange nicht geklärt ist, wo sich die Sendung befindet, fühle ich mich als Kunde mit dem Problem allein gelassen.

Paket wurde als zugestellt angegeben aber weder durch mich noch durch Nachbarn im Haus angenommen. TikTok weigert sich rigoros geltendes Recht auf Erstattung anzuwenden und erstattet mir nicht den Betrag.

Geld weg und keine Ware erhalten - das nennt sich BETRUG!!!!!
