Piegee , arnaquee , depuis cet ete recours signalement gouvernement Conso sur le site en ligne des chatts réactifs que du vent piegee volee arnaquee par vendeur en live enchères honteux .. envoi vêtements sales contaminés mites tous les jours un message piege oui le soir le lendemain refus aucun recours à bannir 😞😞😡😡😡😡🤢🤢🤢honteux du vent et du bla bla escroc voleur tous les jours il continue à vendre sans sécurité en ligne promesse de remboursement j’ai tout fourni photos tout messages au vendeur arrogant le chatt épuisant l’attente et répéter toujours les mêmes choses du vent surveiller et réglementer un chaos un piege impuissante volee piegee le vendeur ACAMAR à sanctionner non tous les jours en live et il m’a bloqué 🤢🤢🤢👿👿👿👿

à proscrire tous les produits qui vendent sont de la m, vous pouvez ouvrir un ticket litige c'est peine perdu, entre les vendeurs et le service Tik Tok shop c'est vraiment laborieux il se lance la balle sans cesse, surtout n'achetez pas sur Tik Tok shop car de toute façon les produits sont souvent de qualité très médiocre

Eigentlich eine gute Sache. Gute Ware die man ersteigern kann aber…… Wehe du muss was zurückgeben.!!! Der reinste Chaos. Die Verkäufer senden ihre Ware mit mehreren Artikel und wenn du zurückschicken möchtest, musst du jeden einzelnen Artikel extra Versand bezahlen. Einfach der reinste Scam. Ich lasse die Finger von tik tok Shop und rate es auch jedem anderen.

On 12th Sept I ordered a USB charger from Annass87772. A small and with the discount a relatively cheap item. Nonetheless I was given a delivery date 17-22 Sept. It's now 29th Sept and there isn't a sniff of it being delivered. Tiktokshop customer service is useless. The seller has stopped responding to my messages and the courier (if it exists) is constantly changing dates saying the parcel has just arrived at their facility even though before this they updated to say the item was out for delivery. Absolute BS. The whole experience has been appalling. I had sworn some time ago not to order again from social media sites. I haven't been left disappointed by their lies deceit and ineptitude. I have questioned both the seller and tiktok as to whether or not this sale is a scam. They haven't responded. I cannot cancel or withdraw the order until I receive the item. I'm not holding my breath now & thankfully I have not lost a great amount of money. Do not order from these shysters.

Worst costumer service ever I try return new unopened item as per their policy I have 14 days their system not working and its issue wit sending me qr return label i contacted til tok costumer service and they only send empty promises that they will resolve it problem with 48 hours but never did and avoid answer just empty promises and no response . Nightmare never again

afschuwelijk mijn shop wordt afgekeurd 3 maanden lang zonder reden. Ik heb al mijn documenten netjes ingediend zelfs uittreksel aangevraagd maar niks komt ervan.

Parcel left on door step outside in a big city in Germany and I never received the package. Tik Tok have refused my refund request many times because of successful delivery.
I will not order anything from TikTok in the future anymore.

I constantly receive emails about TikTok items. I have never used the company, and the items have been ordered by a customer with an identical name... I doubt two of us can have the same email address. TikTok refuse to take any action. I have the customer's physical address, on the delivery email... surely this is in breach of data protection?

La gestione di TikTok Shop è totalmente fuori controllo. La piattaforma non effettua verifiche adeguate sui soggetti che accetta: negli ultimi giorni ho riscontrato una quantità enorme di profili fake e finti venditori che truffano gli utenti senza subire alcuna conseguenza. Le agenzie e i negozianti non vengono controllati in alcun modo. La cosa assurda è che la piattaforma penalizza ingiustamente gli account onesti, mentre lascia totale libertà d'azione a profili palesemente falsi. Manca totale sicurezza e tutela per chi lavora seriamente.Quasi tutti i venditori chiedono l'autorizzazione del accaunt, compreso le agenzie, che possono causare danni al proprio accaunt, ti rispondono i bot, dietro non ci sono persone vere, ho chiuso oggi il Tiktok shop, non ho mai acquistato per paura di perdere soldi.

J’ai reçu une robe sur deux (boutique Yara Collection) et ils refusent de me rembourser. Je ne recommande absolument pas !

Esperienza pessima. Il pacco non è mai arrivato, ma TikTok Shop sembra considerare la cosa un problema del cliente. Mi chiedono addirittura prove assurde, come filmati delle telecamere di sicurezza che non esistono, trasformando un semplice mancato recapito in un processo. Tutela del cliente praticamente zero. Sconsiglio vivamente di acquistare su TikTok Shop.

This company is just there to make money of you and does not provide any support. I ordered a back rest seat for my bad back on 07/07/26; initially was promised delivery in three days then it was up to18/07/26. Today was the last day and Royal Mail refuses to comment where my item is. I did not get no support from Tiktok, kept telling me to wait and today they wont even respond to my live chat! It is pathetic and I cancelled my other orders with them and will NEVER order with them again. I will rather pay extra money and get it from Amazon

Never again. Ordered a product and was told numerous times over two weeks that parcel was awaiting pickup, in between messages of overordering issues, then message cancelling order - after two weeks. Shabby at best.

Absolutely awful I would highly recommend not buying anything from TikTok shop. I had a parcel that I spent money on the courier left it in unsafe location despite me not asking for it to be left anywhere it should’ve been red delivered. I made TikTok away. I hadn’t received my parcel. They rejected my refund and told me I needed to discuss this with the courier. I am the customer and don’t understand why I would need to discuss this with the courier as they choose the courier not me absolutely despicable service stay away at all cost
