Great product and fast delivery. Unique features that are very inspiring. I purchased a Seaboard and I'm very happy to compose my music with it.

Livraison prévue en Europe sous 7 jours ouvrables (il est noté sur site livraison rapide moins de 20 jours garanti), le montant de la commande à été débité immédiatement, et à ce jour, le 23 janvier 2026 aucune livraison, aucun suivi, aucune nouvelle et aucun retour aux messages envoyés à contact sur le site, ou sur Facebook.
Site uniquement en anglais, et pas de possibilité de voir le suivi de sa commande sans installer une application sur son téléphone qui est mal notée...
Je ne recommande pas cette façon de faire mensongère 😡.
MAJ le 30/01/2026 : je vous ai donné les renseignements sur ma commande comme demandé, et je n'ai toujours pas de retour...
MAJ le 05/02/2026 : Est-ce possible d'avoir un retour SVP, une réponse sur un délai potentiel d'attente ? Je ne sais même pas si la commande a été expédiée..., c'est scandaleux de prélever le montant dès la commande et de ne donner aucunes nouvelles, alors que la livraison était notée sur le site garantie en moins de 20 jours. Merci de répondre au moins par respect du client!

The product is beautiful and unique (Seaboard) and the current generation of software support sounds beautiful.
I do wish the iPad app got a bit more love (and sound packs), and that Bluetooth support was a bit better to PC, but those are small nits.
I’ve had my Seaboard 2 since the spring of 2023. While the initial shipment was delayed, the Seaboard arrived in perfect condition, was easy to setup & is still performing well almost 3 years later. Whenever I’ve had an issue with their software, the Roli team has always been quick to respond to my concerns & provide a solution. The Seaboard is a unique and very responsive instrument and to this day, I am extremely happy with my purchase.
Overall the quality and unique capabilities of the Roli Seaboard Rise 2 coupled with the new Airwave device make this product exceptional for those seeking new ways of musical expression. The hardware itself is of very high quality and easy to maintain. Both of these devices allow for unique new sound design methods using the midi MPE standard for both keyboard and hand expression. I would rate them 5 stars except for the 1 year delay I experienced receiving the Airwave after ordering it. This I understand was largely out of Roli's control as they had to find new suppliers, in the end the quality of the airwave is superior.
I bought the roli seaboard and it is great, like nothing else, and certainly not a replacement for a normal keyboard. It enables you to be fully expressive in your playing. Not one hand on the keys another on the mod wheel. Just both hands fully on getting the most out of the experience. Its well made and it is a quality product. Definitely worth getting in my opinion.
Although the delivery was quite late(more or less a worldwide issue lately) , Roli's hardware and software products are one of a kind. Craftmanship meets design and reliability meets performance.

I bought a Seaboard from Roli and absolutely love it! so much so I change my entire setup around it! I bought some soundpacks too which were great as well. Everything went smoothy with the purchase, Roli is a great company that is truly innovative in an industry that keeps repacking old designs and technology as new products and to me that is worth supporting.
Received both my airwave and full piano, fortunately for me only issue was some scratches on the casing for both devices. Barley noticeable and a simple sticker would do the trick.
Roli support gave me 3 options to resolve:
- Partial credit back
- send the device back when stock increases and keep using it until then
- Get a Roli learn credit.
I took the learn credit to see what thats about, because the marks are not bad at all and I love my Roli piano, not giving it up.
I want to give 5 stars because of the support. Also, to be able to keep playing with the device until stock is increased is really amazing to offer, in my opinion.
However, giving 4 stars because there is always room to improve and specifically around communications. Need a mechanism for more real time updates, even if it shows bad news.
Update:
While the piano is amazing and super fun, it ended up having a few defective keys. I updated the rating as well because I was told I would be contacted for shipping once a replacement was ready and to keep it, as it was still playable. Then I got an email that said to ship it in, only to find that after shipping, there was no replacement and now vague placeholder dates of 2 months out from current date. So its April as of this update and the new delay is to June, but I assume once we are in May, it will be July, etc. Very poor communication, nearly non-existent.
Im in it for the long haul, but figured I would update my rating to properly reflect the active experience and give some context while I am at it.
Another Update: I ended up getting the OG Osmose 61 key, so I’ll probably cancel Roli once it arrives. The longer this drags on with 0 communication, the more I'm ready to let it go. I have received 0 emails for the delays, even after reaching out and asking if I am on the email list and was told YES. The only way I hear of the delays is through folks posting their emails on discord.

Roli airwave is a really amazing product, as my information, the US tariffs have led to increased costs, with the prices of chips and various raw materials rising. However, they haven't raised their prices; the product prices are very affordable, and ordinary people can afford them. They are truly dedicated to making quality products. This airwave performs wonderfully, and I will continue to follow Roli and look forward to the future products from them. I saw many people saying they were disappointed because they didn't receive their orders by Christmas, but good things are always worth waiting for, aren't they? Many thanks to the Roli team for everything they've done.

I ordered the Seaboard Rise 2 and Airwave back in November while on sale. Thought it took some time to get everything, both did arrive and worked as advertised. I did have communication with customer support, who owned the delays and issues with shipping and such, and were appreciative with my patience. I know there have been issues with others and their orders, but my experience has been positive and worth a few of the hurdles along the way.
just great product, no doubt about it: instrument, Airwave (controller), software and options those offer, and lots lots of long term fun :)
Shortly:
- it is great great great product, I expected it will be nice and interesting, but I got in my hands - perfectly manufactured (it is really amazing quality), great looking product, with lots of fun, and I mean LOTS of fun included
- software is astonishingly stable, and connectivity (which I have already lots of not good experience) is more then automatic, device/software "knows" what are you connecting, where and how - coool
- learning process - here is more or less - you like it, more/less, not much, this is only personal opinion - anyway I like it, and I have fun from it a lot, you may turn it for 10 minutes (if you are tight in time), and you may use it for few hours (for me it is really hard to leave it ;)
- honestly I have no complaints at all - I'm happy, and I would definitely buy 2xROLI M just to have them and take them whenever possible
- what is also enormously good for me - that you CAN use software with ANY midi keyboard, and Airwave with ANY MIDI instrument as well, they are not "closed" as some suggest
And for those not being sure after reading most of comments:
- if one reads during order about time of wait, and about it MAY be postponed - why one complaints ?
- I ordered it 8-9 months ago - and i KNEW I will wait, and it is COMMON, or even rather obvious that it may be postponed
- I was informed so often, then I thought I may even block those emails ;) (joking)
- I was offered credit for ROLI learning for extra waiting time - honestly - I wouldn't expect it, and for sure not so BIG credit
- if one orders a product like this one, innovative, made by one (anyway small) company, and doesn;t know much how "modern" instruments market looks like - maybe the problem is in one ? and order it for Christmas expecting proper arrival ? what is the planet you are leaving on !?
- I would suggest some to read about Expressive E Osmose how LONG they waited, and how actually different this whole waiting time looked like for them - and this is one is faaaar cheaper, and can be used by those who starts, and professionals as well
I don't want to defend neither side, but I think that we are human beings, we make mistakes, we like to promise and not deliver and so on, so forth, but please...
Great product, so nice to use! I WILL Definitely be upgrading when I have more space. Delivery was quick enough, slight delay but it arrived and it's so fun to use.
I love the innovation that has gone into this keyboard and the options it provides to me as a musical "tinkerer". The pitch bend on the keys and the ability to assign different parameters to the vertical part of the keys is awesome. Very close to a ribbon keyboard but with some added perks.
My only complaint is that the keys tend to be a bit sticky after prolonged use. The silicon surface tends to be a bit grabby when it gets warmer and diminishes the playback some. Looking forward to any further refinements that could make this an all-around controller.

Abysmal customer service. Opened three tickets to ask about an update on my order, no response at all.
Pre ordered the ROLI piano pretty much as soon as it was announced.
I was/am one of the first batches promised for an (updated) October shipping time for the UK.
I understand there has been production/logistics complications and feel I have been more than patient with this. However the lack of communication and sheer ignorance of this company ceases to amaze me. I’m still over £300 down and have not received my order over 12 months later.
In my opinion, avoid this company.
Do better ROLI, or at least reply to your customers who have put faith in you.
