Ok, so let’s start off that I had to wait way too long for the airwave to arrive… but now that I have it…
Combined with either of the seaboards I play and added to equator / equator2 / splice etc I’ve managed to create music across multiple apps simultaneously and by using the 5D of the seaboard with one hand and the 5D of the airwave with the other the possibilities are mind blowing!! Literally 10 dimensions. That’s why I’m ultimately giving it 10 out of 10!
I love the concept, the product is beautiful. I ordered 2 Piano M from the Netherlands to a friend's house in Spain. The delivery took 2 weeks or less (great!). Then I read everywhere people having delays of seeeveral months, so I felt lucky. When I tried them, one of them had issues with the battery.. it cannot be used unplugged from the power.. not blocking for using it, but not expected from a new product. Both of them, but specially the one without the issue in the battery, have issues related to not getting sound when pressing the keys at a higher level (closer to the "frame" that has the power button).. so pressing they keys softly or at that position can cause no sound, or even worse, intermittent sound while no changing the force over the keys. Ok, 2 products, 2 issues, not great but it could happen. Let's go to customer service.
I wanted to exchange them by working pianos, it took 3 weeks until I got an answer and they gave me a link to generate the shipping label so I can return those and they can send me the new ones, but it had the sender's address of my friend in Spain, so I asked them if there was a way to change that label.. I got no answer for 1 month..
You can see a loot of people complaining on reddit about delivery times (fortunately not my issue), lack of customer service (definitely my issue) and not so many hardware issues..
It's sad because the product is lovely, but they clearly need at least 10x the amount of customer service agents

Waited a year for an order to arrive damaged, reached out to customer service to be ghosted for over a month with no reply still. Avoid this company at all costs.
Update: Feb 2nd I received a response after filing this Trustpilot review, they stated to fill out a return for my damaged goods but not ship until they had a replacement for me. well I went to fill out the return and it states im outside the return window bc they failed to ship my item within the return window. Then I noticed I was charged for 3 annual memberships over 2 years to their learn program none of which I've been able to use since I did not have the piano.

Previously left a review of my experience, Roli replied to it claiming they had shipped out a new piano, here is an update on what actually happened
they emailed on me to say they would be shipping a new piano out to me the day after posting my last trustpilot review on January 7th. I had an email (January 23rd) to let me know the replacement piano won’t actually ship until mid april, so it’s going to be at least 3 more months until I *maybe* get my piano (doubt it will actually arrive). They keep emailing to ask me if i like the airwave… i have no idea if it even works and by the time i maybe eventually get the piano, the window to return it if it’s faulty will be long gone (we’ve actually already passed the window)
But don’t worry i guess because they sent me a piano case, to hold the piano I’ll probably never get. Goes great with the airwave I’ll probably never get to use.
I was originally in order batch 10 by the way! Originally supposed to arrive in August 2025, then promised definitely to arrive by Christmas…. Now…. April? I don’t trust it anymore, more than likely i’ll get another email backing it into 2027 and beyond

My experience with roli piano is great since the day it arrived. It's a great combination of software and hardware, high quality content and materials. It's been 2 months and we love using it and learning thorough the app.
On the fundamental aspect of a musical instrument, ROLI Seaboard Block fails. It does not work. It continuously crashes my Logic Pro and it randomly has stuttering audio. I have contacted ROLI numerous times over the past year (and bear in mind it took them about a year to send me the other half of my order, the Airwave). I a so tired of every musical composing session being marred by this shoddy product.
When I managed to get this fixed previously, it was thanks to hours of internet research on my own, not ROLI support. The same fix does not work this time, so I am back to square one. I saved for ages to buy this equipment and I am so disappointed in its lack of quality.
EDIT following response: I have already reached out to the ROLI team again and am waiting on someone getting back to me. For reference, my setup is plugging the ROLI Seaboard Block into my Mac via a direct USB-C cable (and yes, I have tried different cables). This can be directly via cable or via the Airwave. As soon as I plug the ROLI in, it crashes Logic Pro. That is hardly an esoteric setup. I managed to fix this by resetting all plug-in drivers previously but now even that fix does not work. Thank you for the response but telling me other people have working ROLI equipment does not help much.

The airwave arrived seven months after the pianos which they didn't disclose would be the case until I spent nearly $1000 on the product (not including a the learn membership.) When it finally arrived, it didn't work. Literally, doesn't work out of the box. I reached out to customer support (with several follow ups through several avenues) to try to trouble shoot and it has been five weeks with no response. I am hoping to return for a FULL refund (including membership!) but I have read from other customers that the return forms don't even offer refunds for certain things. I'm wondering if anyone is holding them accountable to enforce reasonable and right business practices. This company might actually be a scam.

I am very happy with the products from ROLI. The final result is top-notch and the quality is definitely there. I have to admit I ran into some technical difficulties during the initial setup and it was a bit frustrating at first, but once I managed to get everything wired up and working, all those frustrations were wiped away.
A huge thanks to Sarah R from Creator Support for the help! Her assistance made the difference. If you're looking for great products and a team that actually cares, this is it. Highly recommended!
Where ROLI succeeds most is in the way their instruments get you to play in a different way than the norm, and the sound libraries they offer are unique and in some ways better than most soft synths - Equator 2 is actually a gold mine for the synth sound designer. Moreover, their customer service game is on point, especially when I have an issue with their hardware (which isn't often, mercifully). Where the could improve is build quality on their plastic parts for some of their gear; the casing for my magnetic adapters for my Airwave broke pretty much the day my Airwave arrived, but here's where ROLI's customer service really shines: upon my reaching out to them, they arranged to send me replacements without cost.
Excellent and innovative products - I love their innovation in music creation. Build quality of products is excellent; purchased airwave (wow), piano m, and seabord rise 2. Nice software as well, integrates seamlessly. Technical support is also very patient and responsive , even with obvious user errors (mine).
User since 12/22. RISE 2 instantly became an essential part of my workflow. Build quality is excellent and has proven to be 100% reliable. Put simply, Seabord does things that no other MPE controller can do. The playing surface facilitates intuitive gestures that are highly expressive and organic. Endless possibilities and a joy to use.
I have been receiving ongoing support for certain issues related to hardware and software, for some time now, and split over a few different email conversations.
The support officer, Elena G, has gone over and above what I would expect and so I wanted to leave this review to express my gratitude.

While building fantastic instruments, the service of the ROLI company is abysmal.
I ordered a keybard, which I received 11 months (!) later, only to find the instrument was faulty. It just didn't work properly. I wrote to the company immediately, and wrote again for several times. They didn't respond a single time! Every two weeks there is a "Sorry for the wait e-mail" with the same prefabricated text. But no answer to the case.
This is incredibly ignorant and unprofessional behavior, which doesn't fit to the products they are selling.
That should be considered before buying anything from them.

Update: After finally replying and taking my problem seriously, the company deserves another chance to show real customer support. I received an RME for my faulty keyboard and will wait to see what comes from it. Stars are at three now!

It’s very interacting with songs you can learn, even if you find it difficult. The ROLI Team explains really well so I would personally like to thank them for the courses. As a reward, I would give 5 stars!
It is just an incredible piano music learning experience. With a full lack of knowledge I can do things I could not even imagine.
The Seaboard 2 and the software exceeded expectations.
I love the build quality of all Roli equipment and would put it up there with Apple and Nest products; thank you for that.
Yes, it would have been nice for a proper delivery date on products ordred and I know things happen.

Customer service has been good. Instruments are sturdy and seem well built. I am a novice and love the idea of the seaboard rise. It’s just taking some getting used to.
