I didn’t expect it to be so easy
I didn’t expect it to be so easy! Got through quickly to the number provided on my quote email- spoke to a real person ( invaluable) and asked a couple of questions before going ahead . All done smoothly efficiently and competently. Very happy to stay with RightSure for my car insurance- plus it was cheaper than last year too!!

Absolute scammers!
Absolute scammers!! paid the yearly premium and sent the documents through, because my wife has 3 points they wanted another £434. Told them to remove her from the policy, still wanted the same amount to remove her. They claim that the 14 day cancellation is £25, its a lie its £85. Its cost me £140 for 1 weeks insurance, companies like this should not be able to get away with ripping us off!!!!! Avoid, they may seen cheap, believe me they are not??

Firstly, we strongly reject your claim that we are a scam company. We are a fully legitimate and regulated business, operating in compliance with all applicable laws and industry standards. Accusations of this nature are taken extremely seriously, as they can be misleading to others and do not reflect the reality of how we operate or treat our customers.
We sent you a private message to obtain more information, which would allow us to investigate further. Unfortunately, we have not received a response, so we would be unable to comment specifically on the matter. From your review, it appears that you failed to answer all of the questions correctly. The correct information must be provided to any insurance company. Had your policy been allowed to continue unaltered, you could have faced serious problems in the event of needing to make a claim.
Your claim regarding the cancellation charge is incorrect. When you bought your policy, you agreed to our Terms of Business and confirmed this by ticking a box. The terms state there is a cancellation fee of £25 if you cancel within 14 days. There is also a £60 arrangement fee. All fees are non-refundable. You will also have been charged for any time you had on cover.
