Money grabbers
Website crashed as I was ordreing insurance and reset all my previous settings without me knowing, and ordered the wrong policy, called the following day to cancel policy (this is a day before policy was due to start) and still took £80.00 off me for the privilege of cancelling a policy that had not started and due to their website failing
