Everything was great, except for I asked for paper copies of the policy and was told you no longer do paper copies... I like to have paper copies of my insurance in my vehicle for phone numbers etc..

We completely understand your preference for having paper copies in your vehicle. Like many brokers and insurers, we’ve moved away from sending documents by post for several reasons, including faster delivery of documents, environmental and cost savings.
We recommend all customers save our Claims Helpline in their phone, so that it's always there when you need it. For reference, our Claims Helpline number is 0800 484 433. Naturally, we hope you never need it, but should you need us in an emergency, we’re there 24/7.

They didn’t email the certificate of…
They didn’t email the certificate of insurance promptly, when we rang they said it usually takes 24 hrs to come through, this is not helpful when you are buying a new vehicle and need it that day. They wasted a day of insurance for me.

When a policy is purchased, we advise, “You will receive your van insurance documents by email very soon. Please note that we send all communications via email. This includes your policy documents and renewal reminders.” We always aim to process your policy as quickly as possible. In situations like yours, we would recommend that customers reach out to us so that we can speed up this process, which you did. You spoke with a member of our sales team, who processed your policy and issued the documents the same day you purchased.

I am very happy with the service I received.and was contacted by phone to verify my requirements and when I was told that RighSure was a paperless company and I said that if so then I wouldn’t proceed, but they agreed to send my documents by post.
