Quick Delivery Quality Product
I recently ordered replacement tires and tubes for my Propel skateboard. The quality matched, if not exceeded, the original tires. I'm very happy with my experience and will continue to be a happy customer for the foreseeable future.

Propel refused to cancel order 1 minute…
Propel refused to cancel order 1 minute after placing it. The order did not show shipping costs until after order was placed and the shipping cost was ridiculous. They ignored my follow up emails trying to cancel.

One of a kind suspension, Greatness !
The suspension system on this board is the Best. I ride on the streets of New York City. There are large pot holes and metal plates. I'm able to ride over them with much much more safety than a regular skateboard trucks. The botad itself is already amazing in it's design. The power and distance is quite enough for me under any circumstance. Although it's heavy, but all things with large batteries are. I love this board. Just a little peeve is that I would like the wobble to be more adjustable or tighten more. Overall, it's a Great board.

I had the WORSE commercial experience…
I had the WORSE commercial experience ever trying to purchase from Propel EV. They are basically a Chinese company with Chinese business practices, travestied into a UK/US VPN website. NEVER buy from them. I can send all documents, email conversations and prints to you to convince you NOT to do it. Soares_bruno at hotmail.com.

The Endevor GT arrived and it seems amazing. I had questions during the order process and the questions were answered each time promptly and that made me feel good as a Propel customer. I'm still ordering parts and I have not even put a mile on the board yet.
Wish I saw this company before I purchased any other board.

Build quality is fine but replacement…
Build quality is fine but replacement parts are subpar. Drive belts break very often and communicating with customer service is difficult. Had to make my own part because explaining and sending pictures of what part I needed was to difficult for them to understand.
