Great product, and an even better company that stands behind it. I had the misfortune of receiving a buggy ESC that resulted in my board going into the street and being run over by a car. The customer service was fantastic and made it a point to let me know i would be taken care of, and they would not stop until my issue was settled. They ended up replacing almost every part of my board short of the board itself. They also upgraded me to the new ESC to avoid this issue going forward and i can honestly say it is the best control system i have had on any electric skateboard. As long as they continue to innovate I feel comfortable buying from this company for all of my E-skate needs.

Customer support is fair. They always responded to my queries though it took some time for them to respond. The downside is that there is only one email address for support. There is no chatbot nor you can't speak to an agent if needed. I think its the one of the reasons why customers turn away. Their products are not cheap and its quite scary to buy from a company that has only email for communication.

Fast shipping and the skateboard is an absolute machine

The 3s endeavor, saved my life from the death wobble the other day I felt my the adrenaline a whole hour after. The suspension got a much need shock absorber compared the to 2s. The torque got beefed up, this one you gotta sit low and lean more forward cause it’s hits when you full throttle it, the controller is smoother feels better by all Means. I gotta say that it is the climax of my day every day I go to work. The price is solid for what you get, I like that you don’t have spend your entire wallet to have fun 🤩, fun toys should be affordable and this toy fits affordability. Best investment ever! Much love ❤️ for making this world a funner place.

Had a very bad experience dealing with a guy called Winnie miss guideing me for few months with some issue with my board, BUT 1000 thanks good Iris, he toke over and helped me out the best he could and problem was solved in a week. Iris glad you were there.

I purchased a second Propel Endeavor GT,I received the purchased product within a week, I am very happy with purchased product and will continue to invest in future products from Propel EV.

Communication is everything. These guys have great communication. Love the product. Torque is insanely great!

Propel sent me a great looking board, though with manufacturing defects in the wheel bearings. As I attempted to fix this issue with their service department, I was consistently flooded with denials of the wheel bearings being a manufacturing defect, despite their admittance that the problem did originate from the manufacturing process. As I tried to have them send me two new wheel to right the issue, they simply stopped responding to my emails. I am very dissatisfied with their customer service, and my board still remains defected.

Let me start off by saying the Propel Rucus gets 5 stars for the board itself. It’s amazing! I was in a sling with a separated shoulder when it arrived so I put it into 1st speed and went from there. By the time I was out of the sling I was cruising in 2nd speed which takes me to 15mph. I’m now in 3rd speed that goes 25mph and when the battery starts to go down I will go to 4th speed and haven’t made it past 30mph. It accelerates very fast and brakes fast as well. Grass isn’t an issue and neither are hills. I just like being able to carve both uphill and down. It takes a while to dial it in to your liking. If you want a tight turn radius then looser on the settings and if you want speed then tighter on the settings. Customer service was a bit hit or miss. When they responded it was great and when I “slipped through the cracks” I really slipped hard. It took about 4.5 weeks for the board to arrive and for that it was a solid 1 star.

Took 5 weeks to ship, replacement battery mailed to wrong zipcode. Customer service was responsive via email but a lot of waiting on product.

First board had a bad battery, worked 3 days then wouldn't start. Replacement sent but requires a few tools beyond screwdriver an allen wrench that I haven't obtained yet.

Hope everyone else's experience is good, probably just bad luck for me.

This guys are hear your problem and try to help much is possible, great job. The engineering is just fantastic on the board. And if you email them they respond pretty quickly

What went wrong, This time? Got to be kidding me! IT HAS GONE WRONG FOR A YEAR NOW AND ONE OF YOUR NORTH AMERICAN PEOPLE YELLED AT ME BECAUSE OF THEIR PERSONAL LIFE.

The service was efficient. I have multiple E-Boards, My 2 Endeavor-S boards are the best. I needed spare parts and there was no funny business.

Slow reply and update, regarding the update.

Information about taxes would be nice. Cost me extra to get parcel through customs that I was not aware of.

Ich habe vor über einem Monat bestellt, und erde immer wieder vertröstet, dass es doch ein bisschen länger dauert, ich habe das Gefühl, dass ich gar kein Longboard mehr erhalte.
Ich habe bisher nicht einmal eine Versandbestätigung erhalten.

I shop for months before I chose this for waiting for Munster and Covid received it and have done nothing but ever since thank you for the board, the upgrades, the service.
