Timely feedback.

I have made 250 miles in 2 months. This board is an absolute blast. I’m not a teenager and ride almost daily. Cannot believe what I was missing. Thank you for this. Truly.

All my interactions have been great with Propel. They definitely have the best products & customer service in the game. I don’t think they’re going anywhere!

I disliked the fact that I had the board for well under 1yr. I actually had it a few months and the range of the board cut itself in half. Rather than allowing me to exchange the board, I was turned into an involuntary expert on the device. I was given instructions on how to basically disassemble and reprogram the whole board. I now literally have enough replacement parts to rebuild a board. I rather wold have just suspended the warranty and waited to exchange the board and got a board that gives me the range I was promised. The board itself is a functional work of art and does everything it should as advertised. The electronics need some work.

I live in a small town in British Columbia Canada! Considering this board had to come over by boat! A month to wait was okay with me! Not I suggest putting a waning on the unit that I could cause serious injury lol! I broke my collarbone, elbow & fractured wrist the first time riding this thing, at least upload a safety video to YouTube and maybe a how to work the controller! But all in all, I love it

I always tell people that if they are going to buy only one board to buy the propel Endivor 2GT. It is simply the best packaged board in the market. One board that does it all.

Well so far after giving Propel $1200 for a Pivot GT they emailed me the next day and said it was only available from China and it would take about 2 months to ship. (Website said available in LA warehouse)
I asked them to cancel my order and I have not heard from them for the last 5 days. I have been very cordial and only asked for a response.. Crickets.....I will say that Vivian was very nice the one time we did communicate.

vivian was very helpful with email assistance but it would be better if you had someone trained and authorised available to do repairs

I had several problems (still have) with invoice becouse this purchase was made on my company (not privat). All other is OK.

Excellent products and the customer service department went out of their way to help me repair a skateboard that was run over by a car. I was very impressed.

He has a disease, the gears click while driving. As soon as you have bought the board, the customer service lets you go and they do not answer. But anyway, the board itself is really good apart from these.

Board is pretty good but there are two different types of FOCs that are not clearly states on the website. The default (race) type which has is very twitchy in the 20-30mph range and another one with a more smoothened curve that has fixed the twitchy issue. Tlitbis advertised on the website that the smoother version is the default however this is incorrect, and the twitchy version is sent as default instead. When contacted afterwards it was stated that the smooth one would need to be purchased in addition and with shipping to a non US country equates to another couple hundred bucks. Also, insane amount of time to recieve board after purchasing, as in nearly 3 months. Would I purchase again, nope. I would go for the Acedeck

Shipping was very quick. The Propel Pivot GT is a good board. I did send Propel an email asking some questions about the board and never got a response. The product doesn't come with a user manual and the online manual is very vague.

Very fast and kind customer service. I had an issue with my battery draining because of the light kit, and i contacted propel, they pin pointed the issue and sent a little motherboard that fixed it instantly. Great shipping speed as well
