Excellent quality products and fast delivery to Poland
I had a great experience. I ordered three cat trees, three cat carriers, three slow-feeding bowls, and litter matts for my Maine Coon, all with delivery to Poland.
Every product arrived within just a few days, was well packed, and reached me in perfect condition. The quality of all items exceeded my expectations. The cat trees are sturdy and well made, the carriers are practical and durable, and the slow-feeding bowls and litter mats work exactly as intended.

super fijne service en een mooi product.
Een paar jaar geleden een mooie paal gekocht, en ook mensen in mijn omgeving overgehaald hier te kopen.
Toen ik door omstandigheden laatst een nieuwe paal moest kopen, waren er 2 sisaldelen die al veel te snel lelijk werden (sisal verschoof). Na contact met de klantenservice zijn er 2 nieuwe delen opgestuurd en is mijn paal weer een mooie eyecatcher in mijn woonkamer.

I am extremely impressed with the quality of the Corner Coon model. It’s an absolute beast, weighing 55kg, and it doesn't move a millimeter when my 6kg cat jumps on it. The 12cm thick sisal posts are very solid and look like they will last for years. The plush is thick and soft, and the overall construction is premium. Shipping to Denmark was fast and the assembly was straightforward. If you have large cats, don't waste money on cheap trees—this is the real deal! Highly recommended!"

Was a bit hesitant at first seeing the prices as it felt expensive compared to other products online. But man, these things are sturdy as hell, you could probably get an actual tiger instead of a cat and these badboy towers would support it.

Ich bin nach wie vor sehr zufrieden mit den angebotenen Artikeln. Die Qualität ist super, und auch der Preis ist vollkommen in Ordnung. Besonders positiv finde ich, dass das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hier wirklich stimmt. Die Artikel entsprechen meinen Erwartungen und machen insgesamt einen sehr guten Eindruck. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder hier einkaufen.

I received 2 of 3 parcels and experienced some trouble communicating with RHR Pets. The company did not receive my emails and their phone number did not seem to work.
But in the end, the company called me and we found a solution.
The cat tree I bought is awesome.

In accordance with our standard procedure, we ask for confirmation in such cases that the parcel may be sent to the address we have on file. Unfortunately, we have not received a response from you.

Goede producten
Ik had jaren geleden een krabpaal gekocht en ben erg blij dat ik de losse onderdelen kan bijbestellen. Ik had vervangende sisalpalen besteld voor de krabpaal van mijn kat. Goede levering en producten. Echter was het vervangen van de onderdelen wel lastig omdat je er geen nieuwe schroef bijkrijgt, blijkbaar moet je deze dan los kopen. Na bijna een uur strugglen is het me gelukt de oude schroef uit het oude onderdeel te krijgen en opnieuw te gebruiken. Vind eigenlijk dat de schroef bij het onderdeel hoort bij aankoop.
