Really pleased with the product
Really pleased with the product. Robust and sturdy. The cat loves it.
This is the 2nd product I have ordered from Cat Tree. The first arrived some years ago and it still going strong after being outside all that time.
The cost of these is higher than "normal" equivalents, but the quality and durability make these an excellent purchase.

Shipped safely, well packaged and a very high quality product when opened. Cats love it, well built, well finished with no splinters or rough edges. Would certainly use again.

Cat tree good but 99.9% certain just came from Amazon

My partner made the order from cattree UK, so yes I have had dealings with this company. I'm not sure why James is so hurt by my review. All I did was point out their use of Amazon albeit being in their logistics. If they are happy with their decision to use Amazon then thats great continue on. If they are not happy then they can make changes. Totally up to them. I did not fill in my order number etc when they requested it because I have no desire to have further contact with them.
*edit* In response to the reply, I understand you are not selling things on amazon, but you are still using the company to manage some of the logistics which is involving the company. Does that mean you use their warehouses or just their drivers? Either way, we all know amazon have such terrible workers rights including their delivery drivers so my frustration still remains. If you are happy to put on your website you use amazon services or either plan to stop using them then I'd be happy to take it down. At least consumers will know either way.
Cat tree delivered no problem, is good quality but we bought it on this website to avoid buying it on Amazon as we try not to shop there for obvs reasons and so paid £12 more than would have done for the same model on amazon. It arrived in a van that was delivering amazon packages, with a label saying it came from an amazon warehouse and is the exact brand that it is listed under on amazon. So we're pretty sure it was just sent from Amazon. 🤷

We’re pleased to hear that you’re happy with the cat tree, but we do need to correct the suggestion in your review that the product “just came from Amazon,” as that is factually incorrect.
We do not sell our products on Amazon, nor did you purchase an Amazon product that we simply ordered and forwarded to you. Like many independent retailers, we use third-party logistics providers to warehouse and deliver certain products. In some cases, that includes Amazon’s logistics and fulfilment network, simply because their scale makes them an efficient and cost-effective delivery option for smaller items.
Using Amazon as a logistics provider is very different from purchasing from Amazon or operating an Amazon store.
We appreciate that you personally choose not to shop with Amazon, and you are of course entitled to that view. However, your concerns regarding Amazon’s employment practices are ultimately concerns with Amazon, rather than a reflection on the quality of the product or service you received from us.
Regarding the price, we also offer a price-match guarantee. Had you found the identical product available elsewhere for £12 less, you were very welcome to contact us and give us the opportunity to match the price.
You received the product you ordered, it arrived without issue, and by your own account you are happy with its quality. We therefore feel it is unfair and really quite astonishing to negatively review our business based primarily on your personal objection to a logistics company used to fulfil the delivery.
We are always happy to address genuine concerns about our products or service, but we also feel it is important to correct inaccurate assumptions when they are posted publicly.

Quality products
We are very pleased with our cat trees. We have The Stool and High Rise Harry. Professional finish, robust, and look great too. Our cats took to them immediately. They are a lovely feature in our garden. We would definitely recommend these products, and the customer service was very good too.

We bought the 4 tier cat tree. The product is amazing! We had to wait a few weeks for it, but it was worth every second. The communication was speedy and helpful. And the quality of the product is fantastic. Not to mention the exceptional packaging when it was delivered, it was wrapped up masterfully to keep it safe. Really happy!

Perrrrrfect
Bought an outdoor cat tree for our 2 kittens. We asked for it to be a little wider and went for the tallest option. The team were very helpful, good customer service. They were clear with delivery expectations and delivered on time. The cat tree came well packaged and ready built. It’s sturdy and well finished. Our kittens have used it none stop. Would definitely recommend this company!

Canadian Corner Coon Activity Centre
Order took a little longer than expected( 2 weeks) but I am so happy with my purchase, cat tree is very good quality, and large enough for my 2 cats who loved it as soon as we got it, easy to put together and Jon from Cat tree UK was very helpful when I emailed to ask for updates and replied to me virtually straight away, would definitely recommend and purchase again from them.

Cat tree wall products are great!
We've had cat tree products for around 5 years now - and they've been so good we just bought more after moving house! We have a cat wall/playground in our living room because our two cats can't go outside, and they love it!
Delivery has always been quick, the products are great quality, and they're easy enough to put up (if you have decent quality walls).

UK Customer Service Review ‘Pet Palace UK’
Having placed an order with Pet Palace UK, (which I have now been informed is actually part of Cat Tree UK), I received an order confirmation from an ‘unverified’ email account, Barclays Fraud Protection text me about the payment, and when I tried to call the number on the website it was invalid… naturally I was concerned.
I replied to the Order Confirmation stating what had occurred and advised I was planning on recalling the payment via Barclaycard. I assumed, either I would hear nothing or they would respond and reassure me.
Oh how wrong could I be… the response I received was openly hostile, my order was immediately cancelled and refunded, they threatened me with legal action, banned me from their site and accused me of extortion.
When I provided screenshots as proof that I wasn’t trying to scam them; that I was simply genuinely concerned they were trying to scam me… all that was focused on was that my initial enquiry email about delivery times, sent before I placed my order, was sent to Pet Palace.co.uk instead of Pet Palace.uk. Hence, I did not receive a reply which obviously added to my overall concerns afterwards; but apparently now nothing else I had flagged was relevant and all further correspondence referenced my inability to read an email address and demanded I apologise to them.
A simple… ‘we are a genuine site, no need to worry’ would have sufficed!!! :)

Now James, I was honest with my error but you’re not being entirely truthful here with your response are you! :)
Nothing stemmed from me not receiving a reply to my email… it stemmed from the bank texting me, and it wasn’t the usual security check which you know because I forwarded it to you. Also it wasn’t that your email went into my spam folder, it was an unverified sender email I was warned not to open the attachment… I did look up Pet Palace but that company doesn’t seem to exist, just like the phone number on it’s website… so I maintain I had genuine concerns, which you could have easily addressed, but instead you just went nuclear!
I am a Katie NOT a Karen… and my previous reviews on here are very positive! :) Do you not think it strange that I would suddenly take issue with you for no reason?!
As stated I am MORE than happy to provide the emails!! If only Trust Pilot allowed screenshots! Xx

As discussed we looked forward to receiving this review so we can provide an explanation as to what actually happened in this case.
As everyone can see from our profile on Trustpilot we always go above and beyond to assist customers. Regretfully, but also quite predictably, people like Katie will be presented to us.
Katie’s issue stemmed from the fact she did not receive a response from us.
We were surprised by this so requested to check which email she has sent it to as we always reply to emails promptly.
It turns out she sent an email to the wrong address which fortunately she was honest enough to admit in this review. That is sadly where the honesty ends.
Katie’s order was being processed as normal until yesterday when we recieved a bizarre email late at night accusing us of fraud and making threats that she would recall the payment with her bank.
We take a zero tolerance policy towards this as not only is it fraudulent, but it costs us money and time to deal with. Therefore, to prevent this we immediately issued a refund and advised her of this (out of hours)
Had katie performed some slight research into our company, she would have seen we have been in business for several years and have completed many thousands of successful transactions with happy customers as displayed on our trust pilot page.
Despite advising her that she had emailed the wrong address, hence why she did not recieve a response. She because increasingly defensive and claimed that because our email ended up in her spam folder that was a further sign of fraudulent activity. We have zero control over email providers spam filters.
On top of this, she received an automated text from her bank checking if the transaction was made by her. Standard security protocol by banks when customers order from new retailers online and again, this was “proof” that we were a scam.
Katie accused us multiple times of being fraudulent despite our best efforts to reassure her.
There was no hostility from us whatsoever.
However, as soon as we were threatened with a fraudulent chargeback we responded immediately by canceling and refunding the order and this was not satisfactory to her hence why she then moved on to making further threats about leaving negative reviews online as can be seen here.
Whilst the situation is regretful, we maintain we did everything we could to assist and feel it is quite unfair to be blamed for things outside of our control.
As per our email. Your order is cancelled and refunded in full.

My British longhair isn't quite his full size so we were able to swap the post to make it a bit lower for him and change it back when he's a big boy, he loves it.
