I bought a cat tree for 3000 kr and it hasn’t been shipped. Customer support are not responding even after several tries.

I am getting so cross with this company. I ordered a cat tree £300. I’ve received part of the order, no communication from the company, no reply to my 4 x emails asking for an update on the order. I have no notification that the remainder of the order has been posted. Nothing at all.

I ordered a £350 cat tree and it’s been 10 days, they’ve not dispatched it. Customer service have not responded to emails and won’t pick up the phone. It says it’s in stock on the website and they will dispatch within 24 hours - obviously not correct. Order #ORDUK14170

We have three cats who like to cuddle up together on their cat tree. Unfortunately their combined weight broke an ordinary tree so we bought the cream Devon Rex tree from Rhrpets. It's a beautiful, sturdy cat tree which they already love. It arrived three days after ordering, and every aspect of the purchase has been easy and efficient. Brilliant. They won't break this one!

Another UK website that I ordered from expecting to receive my items within a few days only to find that they are coming from abroad, the company is far from British and the orders will take as long as they take with tracking information provided in Dutch.
That said, my chase up email was replied to politely and promptly, the item was received eventually and it was what I ordered and of a good quality. Just frustrated at the shipping times and the misleading UK website.

As you can see by the 'unclaimed profile', just a lot of salty people that want to blackmail a company.

Service was amazing. Product looks, feels and shows Royalty all over. Best purchase I have made for my cats in over 30 years of owning big breeds.

Their website shows a lot of reviews that do tell experiences, despite here only salty comments. RHR, if you read this, THANK YOU!!!

Husband ordered a cat tree at the end of November as a Christmas gift for our maine coons, we already own one by RHR but it toppled over twice when my cats would jump on it so was concerned it was unsafe and we are unable to bracket to wall, the one ordered had three poles instead of one so looked sturdier. A week after order we had to reach out to them as had no updates of dispatch only to be told that it was actually out of stock and we would need to wait until early January, we were patient and date came around and still no updates so we chased again to be given another date, again we had to chase them up when this date passed, we were then given another date and that has also passed with no update so now want a refund. Poor customer service.

My order was delivered in 2 boxes. A third was missing. After reading reviews on here I panicked a bit and emailed the company several times. However I need not have worried as the third box arrived 2 days later, and the company emailed to assure me it was on the way. I realised after that as it had to clear customs and I'd be charged by customs for anything over £135 then it made total sense to send the final box on separately which saved me customs costs.
The cat tree I ordered is outstanding. My cat took to it Immediately and refuses to be removed from it. It is very sturdy and weighted. My cat being very large and heavy uses his claws to run up the wrong side and it doesn't topple.
I totally recommend buying from this company. Be prepared for the final box to come a couple of days later. They really are helping you out by doing so. Plus if you do need to email, have a bit of patience. I realised after that they are inundated with emails so will reply as soon as they can. Having recently visited the Netherlands, I'm now more aware of the pride the people take in ensuring they make the best products and give the best service. In the UK we don't show as much patience as we should.
I'll be buying more from this company. Absolutely delighted with my cats purchase

So I am not one to usually review alot of stuff,but feel I have to with this cat tree i had reviewed this company online and if im honest most of the reviews were shocking saying customer service was really bad people never got their items they had ordered etc etc,I really want one of these trees for my 2 ragdoll kittys and the site had 15% off so I took a punt and brought it and boy was i not disappointed I placed my ordered on the 1st October and it arrived 4 DAYS LATER!!!! I emailed the company to make sure it had been dispatched and they replied the following day,I was amazed when the cat tree arrived honestly its amazing really amazing quality and so heavy and well made I am so glad I brought it!!! My cats absolutely love it!!!! It was worth every penny it really was,just goes to show you shouldn't always read/listen to the negative feedback to have my cat tree sent and delivered in 4 days is pretty amazing in my eyes tracking of it was so easy and really easy to put together once arrived. I would deffo recommend this company and I would definitely buy from again 5⭐ from me

Contrary to other feedback my experience with them was excellent. My order had cleared customs within 8 hrs. Arrived 2 working days later to the UK.

Product quality is very good as expected.

Order placed over a week ago. Tracking has no information or update but RHR had the ordacity ro email stating they fulfilled my order!
Don't reply to emails or messages.
I've lost £100 with no communication from what is evidently an untrustworthy site. AVOID

Absolutely Abismal. Completely ignored my delivery instructions. No sign of customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Goods shipped from Holland end up wherever they want.

Products seem to be ok and good quality, but if you want to return anything beware. I bought a cat tree for £129. It was perfectly fine but just didn’t work in my house so I wanted to return it. I was quoted £83 by Royal Mail.
Be aware that this company - unlike nearly every other company on the planet - doesn’t offer a returns label. They are also completely uninterested in communication. Their response when I queried this was “look at our website”. They also remove any negative comments from social media so you’re not getting a true picture of what it’s like to deal with them unfortunately.

Cat tree is good for the money - communication however is rather lacking.

***NOTE*** DESPITE USING UK WEBSITE, EVERYTHING PRICED IN GBP, INVOICE IN GBP, CREDIT CARD WEB PAGE IN GBP, I WAS ACTUALLY CHARGED IN EUR.....

Explanation is not good: "may indeed be true that an amount was debited in euros. This is because we are a Dutch company, and we work with euros."

SO BE WARNED - USE A CARD THAT DOES NOT ATTRACT A FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEE AND BAD FX RATES!

Communication about number of parcels and tracking numbers was also lacking - with no confirmation about the number I should be expecting.

HOWEVER....despite this - it was a very good purchase - just could be a far better experience with better communication.

If you have cats, then these are the cat trees you want!
We have had cheaper ones before; they do not last and don't provide a stable climbing frame for energetic kitties. These ones are well built and incredibly good value for what you get.
We now have 3 and are used all the time by our bundles of trouble.
Their customer service have been amazing following DPD UK losing one of the boxes.

The best cat trees to boot ! I have bought two cat trees from RHR and I won’t buy my fur babies any other cat tree brand. I bought a floor to ceiling cat tree and a medium sized cat tree and the quality is outstanding. Plush, soft and lux, my boys are in heaven when they play and sleep on their tree. I feel so good knowing my cats are happy and content. DPD delivered and it was exceptional. I just wish my house was bigger so I could buy your cat houses, they look amazing. Leo and Peanut thank you so much and so do I

Very happy with my cat tree. Very good quality and looks stunning. One of the items was defective but customer services was extremely helpful and send replacement part straight away. Highly recommended!!

Ordered two Cat Climbing Wall - XXL Wall Sisalpoles (Blackline) in separate transactions at £55 each. One arrived the other didn’t. Disappointed to find I had been charged a currency conversion fee on my payment given the company state ‘UK’ in their name and website advises to order from their .co.uk site to avoid this - but it happens anyway. The post that arrived appears to be decent quality, however the two black screws holding the wood mount together could have been placed on the back as these are unsightly in addition to the main bolt attaching the pole. The fixing kit is extensive, including a screw driver and good quality fixing options. Not sure how the black rope will fair over time as you can already see its natural colouring in places, which will become more apparent with use. Overall the item is little pricey for what it is, compounded further when you get charged a currency conversion fee for paying in pounds sterling. I did order a second post separately, that never arrived after receiving an email stating it had been delivered to a recipient I didn’t recognise. When emailing the company they stated it had been returned to them by DPD due to some issue. Disappointed they did not inform me and that I had to enquire. They immediately issued a refund, didn’t try to resupply the item. So got my money back but not the second currency conversion fee, so out of pocket for the second purchase, which puts me off ordering anything further. Don’t think they are a bad company they have a lot of potential but there are just some little niggles they need to resolve in terms of customer experience. They also trade under RHR Cat Tree King but state RHR Pets UK is their rebrand.
