The best word to describe my experience is anti-service. Bus driver was very incompetent. Instead of answering my question he closed a bus door in front of my face. Never again

Waiting for one and a half hour only to find out the train was cancelled. Way too late to look for other transportation to get from vienna to Budapest on a day-trip, so the reserved return ticket was also useless. Money gone, day ruined, never again railjet.

If I could leave 0 stars for this company I would! And that’s only because of the staff !
It’s my fifth time travelling with them and every single time I’m amazed on how more rude the staff can be. Disgusting behaviour.

Traveling from Budapest to Vienna our RegioJet was cancelled. We had a connection in Vienna to bring us home and urgently needed to get back. Cancellations happen, no biggie, but on the phone with RegioJet they refused to help. No other trains or bus connections presented to us by them, and no person at the station working for RegioJet who could help us. The general service desk at the station couldn't help us either since RegioJet doesn't go through them. Effectively leaving us stranded in a country where we couldn't even read the signposting as it was all obviously in Hungarian. Honestly shocking the lack of interest in helping us find a solution... Ended up having to pay triple to get a last minute train through another company where we had to sit on the floor for hours but could get us back in time.

Wien Prag Zug. War pünktlich. Bin in der Business für ein Drittel vom Preis der ÖBB zweite Klasse mit Vorteilcard gefahren. Genial dass man so billig Zug fahren kann, sowas braucht es wirklich damit mehr Menschen Zug fahren. (ist ja auch fast jeder Platz belegt)
Nicht ganz so schön wie die öbb natürlich und die KLima hat teilweise nicht funktioniert, aber voll ok. Noch dazu super billiges essen!!, mit ganz guter Qualität. Also ich kann mich echt nicht beschweren, gerne wieder.
Personal ist freundlich, bisschen gestresst, aber die haben halt auch viel zu tun wenn sie die ganze Zeit essen im Zug verteilen.

No air condition, the cabin is too much hot I travel from bratislava to prague.

Bin in den letzten Monaten in Summe mindestens 10mal mit dem Regiojet Zug gefahren. Es war jedes mal ein Freude. Bequem, pünktlich, sauber (Toilette nicht perfekt, ist aber in den anderen Zügen auch nicht), freundlich. Wasser und Kaffee gratis sind angenehm.
Immer wieder gerne!

Wir nutzen den Regiojet Zug von Kiew nach Prag.
Die Züge sind nicht die modernsten aber noch in gutem Zustand - dem Fahrpreis angemessen.
Einmal musste ich das Ticket stornieren. Ab 21 Tagen vor Abfahrt kann man dies kostenlos tun und ich habe auch schnell mein Geld auf mein Konto zurückerstattet bekommen

No air conditioning on the train!!! No moving air. We paid for business class seats and can barely breathe in the cabin. It must be 40 degrees in here

Regio Jet trains - a cheap mode of transport (for medium-length distances)

The train ride was comfortable with nice and clean seats, however my experience had a number of other problems.

Firstly, the Air Conditioning was inconsistent. Whether done on purpose, or by faulty tech, the air conditioning was constantly switching on and off - at one point even leaving us drenched in sweat after a 30-40 minute pause.

On top of that, as it was a long train ride, we ordered some food. The service was poor and not helpful at all, and we had to resort to the hard to navigate mobile application. After a 10 minute wait (mind you, the food is premade), we managed to get ahold of a employee to ask about the order. We were told we would wait for up to ONE HOUR.

To sum up, the train ride was just “okay”. It is nothing to write home about and certainly not to be looking forward to. The faulty air conditioning and terrible customer service give reason to a cheap and clean train ride. 2/5; Buy on a budget.

I travelled from Prague to Vienna for 4 hours and the air conditioning was not working at all!!! Everyone was making some fans with the papers they had because it was too damn hot! Due to the heat, I felt like vomiting so it was the worst 4 hour train ever!

Keine Klimaanlage, verwahrloste Zugabteile und völlig überfüllt. Nie mehr wieder!

I have used regiojet three times the last two weeks to travel from Berlin-Prague, Prague-Vienna and Ostrava-Krakow. I had such good experiences on all of them. Prague to Vienna was by train and it was the best train ride I have ever had. The food and drinks on board was so cheap and quite tasty as well. The other two journeys were buses but they were also very nice.

Rude Staff, Teamleader raising voice against Customers, no Service. Treating people with the same ticket differently.

Worst company in the world.

We had the worst experience of our lives on the bus route from Milan to Prague due to the aggressive behavior of the drivers towards passengers and being prohibited from using the restroom for most of the journey.

After departing Milan, passengers tried to use the restroom, but the restroom was locked and they couldn't enter. They attempted to use it at different times, but it remained locked. When the bus arrived at the Lugano stop, several passengers were waiting to use the restroom. A passenger politely asked one of the drivers if he could unlock the restroom as passengers needed to use it. At that moment, the driver started yelling aggressively at the passengers in his language and did not unlock the restroom.

While in Lugano, another passenger respectfully asked the other driver if he could unlock the restroom. He also began yelling and did not unlock the restroom. Consequently, no passengers could use the restroom despite having urgent needs, causing significant distress.

Approximately 10 minutes after leaving Lugano, one of the drivers got up, unlocked the restroom, used it himself, and then locked it again. It was really weird situation because they didn't let us use it, but they were using it themselves. This meant that from about 3 hours nobody could use the restroom. After three hours a driver unlocked the restroom without informing any passengers that it was available for use.

It is suspected that the drivers locked the restroom to avoid cleaning it, but this caused significant distress to many passengers who had urgent needs. This was undoubtedly the most unpleasant, suffering, and aggressive journey experienced in my life. Drivers with such behavior should not be working with passengers!

The train is bad ! Please don’t travel .. The AC’s are not working at all ..

Fahrt mit Regiojet (Bahn) von Breclav nach Wien. Zug ca. 45 min verspätet dahergekommen. Laut Fahrplan und laut Leuchtschriftanzeige im Zug wären die nächsten Halte Wien Hbf. und Wien Meidling, dann Weiterfahrt nach Budapest. Wir wollen in Meidling aussteigen, aber Zug hält einfach nicht, "um die Verspätung aufzuholen" wie Schaffner später sagt. Also fahren wir zwangsweise bis Grenzstation Hegyeshalom mit - unglaublich ! Dort steht gegenüber gottseidank ein ÖBB Zug abfahrbereit Richtung Wien, ÖBB-Schaffner nimmt uns voller Mitleid gratis zurück nach Wien mit und sagt, wir wären nicht die ersten, denen das so passiert ! Nie wieder Regiojet !!
