DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
I would not advise to order from this company if you are unsure whether the shoes will fit you or if you are going to keep them as they will not refund you and try to say the shoes have been worn!! I ordered a pair of shoes which were too small for me when they came, the box was also ripped and had had a label on which had been ripped off so had obviously been a return from someone else before being sent out to me. After having trouble not being able to generate a returns label I managed to contact customer service and I returned the shoes the day after they arrived as they were too small and i could not wear them. I received an email to say they would not be refunding me as the shoes had been worn, these shoes had not been on and couldn’t possibly have been worn by me as they didn’t even fit on my foot. the pictures they have sent me to try and ‘prove’ they have been worn are ridiculous as the shoes are perfectly clean which they wouldn’t be if they had been worn outside! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I had an issue with some boots arriving with a scuff on them, I emailed customer service and asked for a free returns label as I was wanting to reorder and would have to pay 2 x delivery costs. I was helped by both Amy and Anna and they were so helpful and responded really quickly. I was also given a 15% off code to use when re-ordering the replacement pair which was so generous. Really positive experience. Thankyou both for all the help ☺️

Perfect Shoes for the Perfect Day
I was nervous about the sizing of the shoes because obviously you can’t try them on before you buy. But the company was very helpful with size guides and reviews expressing whether they run small etc. I ordered a bit ahead of my graduation to be sure I had time to send back and reorder if necessary but it wasn’t necessary. The shoes fit perfectly, I went up a half size from my normal based on the reviews and it was the perfect amount. They communicated well about the order and tracking information and the shoes arrived sooner than some items I was expecting from another popular site that I ordered the same time. They were really the statement piece of my outfit that day!
