Would give 0 stars if I could, Received a £200 jacket that had been worn covered in stains and missing embellishments. Had to go and return in store because been fobbed off by Allsaints customer service, I’m still awaiting a response from them it’s been 4 days now. The manager in store didn’t even want to handle jacket it was that dirty so how they have despatched it in that state I do not know. Bad customer service.

I been buying from All saints since 2011 and loved the designs and the quality but recent years the quality has gone done and the designs are more dull. Hopefully they go back to their roots.
