Ordered next day delivery and they used a company that don’t guarantee next day delivery. Ordered on Monday. It’s now Wednesday and still isn’t scheduled to arrive today. Don’t advertise services you cannot fulfil.

Item was damaged few minutes after use and caused me embarrassment at my niece's wedding yesterday with one strap coming off as I made my way into the wedding venue. The item looked cheap and was extremely uncomfortable to wear. Do not waste your money on this website, thier products are not fit for purpose, steer well clear!!!

I purchased a pair of shoes directly from the company's official website. Unfortunately, they did not fit, so I tried to return them in brand-new condition. To my surprise, I was informed that I would have to pay an additional €15 return fee.
Maybe this is considered normal in the UK, but it certainly isn't something I am familiar with as a customer. I find it ridiculous that returning a new, unused item that simply doesn't fit can be made so complicated and expensive.
The purpose of online return policies is to allow customers to try products and return them if they are unsuitable. Instead, I am expected to pay extra money just to send back a product that I cannot use.
What makes this even more disappointing is that these shoes are available from many other retailers. I chose to buy directly from the official website expecting better service and a smoother experience. Instead, I was met with unexpected fees and an unnecessarily frustrating return process.
Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience, and I would think twice before ordering from this website again.

Clear stilettos value for money
My clear stilettos are such good value and they arrived in very secure packaging. Each shoe was in a small mesh bag and there was even 2 spare tips for the heels. Delivery was quick and I was delighted with the quality considering how much I paid for them and they are true to size so I would definitely recommend buying them.
