Amazing brand and support
They are amazing and the customer support is flawless. I have ordered by mistake a wrong number of boots and i have written immediately the customer service to ask for assistance. I was helped in less than one hour by Lucy, who's been so kind and i am very grateful and now everything is solved.

I was pleased with your performance; although there was a very slight delay in delivery but you kept me updated. I was happy with one item which I'm keeping the other is just a matter of style which I did not like, returning the item was quite easy. I'm a bridesmaid with wide feet, flat arches, and bunions from hell. I've been trying to find a shoe that would actually fit for the wedding and luckily Public Desire had feet like mine in mind. Although my bunions still expand over both edges of the square toe box, the shoes are open-toed and leave room for my bunions to poke out through the spaces between the straps. If I can't have nice feet at least I can have nice shoes!

Après avoir commandé on reçoit un mail disant que l'article n'est plus en stock, complètement respectueux de de laisser les gens commander si c'est le cas, c'était pour faire un cadeau, le remboursement n'est en plus pas immédiat ce qui fait que la personne qui devait recevoir ce cadeau n'aura rien de ma part. De mon point de vue je vous déconseille complètement de commander.

Stay away if you don't want scammed
Returned order as item was defective, also wouldn't fit me anyway.. wasnt going to keep an item that is 1. Damaged and 2. Doesnt fit.. i reached out to them to tell them item was defective therefore they asked for images before return, after they received the images they said they will refund them and to return them, they provided the label. Just got an email with pictures of the shoes saying they were not refunding them and they look worn, even though I sent them pictures of the shoes in the box/packaging before returning them stating they were defective and the agent said they're returnable for a refund but the email i just got contradicts what i was told and what was agreed originally. Now I've just come on here to see other reviews saying they also tried to do the same thing on other customers saying shoes were worn. Lying, scamming and also ridiculous customer service. They provided me with those shoes like that, but now trying to say it was me who worn them when they wouldnt fit me anyway. Ridiculous especially considering i sent the pictures of the shoes and the agent agreed to a refund. Scammers.

I ordered a beautiful pair of loafer heels on 20th September 2025 afternoon & I got it delivered on 23rd Tuesday by Royal Mail around 12.30pm.
After ordering my shoes I read some negative reviewes about the supplier & was very disappointed. But waited to see if I was scammed.

Great service and product
This was my first time using this company and I ordered some red satin court shoes and they were exactly how they looked in the picture, a lovely vibrant colour. Ordered a size 4 which is my size but they were just a little on the tight side (but wearable) so I think I would order 2 different sizes next time. Quick delivery, came earlier than expected and arrived in a box with each shoe in it's own bag so they were well protected. Will definitely use this company again
