Tracking Issue Resolved
I had an issue with tracking my shipment through the carrier, so I reached out to Public Desire’s customer service team. I received a prompt response, and Marie, the representative who helped me, handled the situation quickly and professionally. She kept me updated throughout the process and even followed up after my package was delivered.
I was also fairly compensated for part of the shipping cost without having to push or haggle for it. My order arrived in good condition, and Marie provided excellent customer service from start to finish. I really appreciate the support and communication.

I needed to cancel my order as i ordered the incorrect size due to an error on the webpage where the shoe size changed from a size 5 to a size 3. Lucy was quick in responding to my query and my refund was issued straight away. She then helped me resolve the error so i could order the correct size.
