Poor quality but good customer service
Ordered a pair of boots, very poor quality with the metallic tip not even fit properly to the boot. Sent back and did not get a full refund as shipping was not refunded. Also had to pay to return them. That was almost £10 for a pair of very low quality boots. Public Desire should offer a full refund if the product quality is subpar.
EDIT: Public Desire customer support was very good and they have refunded the transport cost. I have thus changed my rating from 1 star to 3 which seems fair considering this particular product, but the good customer service experience.

After I payed for next day delivery and my shoes came 2 days later, I left some feedback about it and one of the staff members, Lucy, was quick to respond, very politely and respectfully. I was refunded the difference between next day delivery and regular delivery (as I had a regular delivery but payed for next day), and had no further problems whatsoever.
Shoes came in good packaging, and good quality too. Ordered shoes for my aunty, may order again for myself. Very happy altogether, would recommend.

Ordered some shoes and was sent the…
Ordered some shoes and was sent the wrong ones which has caused me a big inconvenience! Not only that, when I emailed customer service they asked question after question…which made me think they were actually going to rectify the situation but no! After taking 24 hours to reply to each email ( so 3 days in total) they asked me to re order the shoes which meant paying for them again and another risk of receiving incorrect shoes! I cannot wear the huge heel shoes they have sent me due to my spine and pelvis issues, the decent thing to do would be to send me the correct ones and I would have returned the wrong ones. Terrible and will not be ordering again!

These stunning shoes just arrived today, truly gorgeous and a wonderful fit as well. I usually go for a wide fit but these can be adjusted by the diamante buckle in the toe strap, so they can be made wider if needed. I love them, my favourite Public Desire heels so far, and speedy delivery too! Thank you and a Merry Christmas.
