Site seems way too complicated and no easy way to learn how to navigate site.

I needed to upgrade my subscription in a very specific way, James Santangelo listened carefully to my needs and "tailor made" a solution that was extremely fair and provided me with exactly what I need. He knew his products, was respectful and courteous and completely professional. I had a completely positive experience.

I have never written a review before, but I feel I must. I subscribed to Benzinga Pro. I had some trouble getting started and reached out for help. I was lucky to get James a wonderful rep. Some of my issues were user errors and he walked me through them and showed me some benefits of the service I did not know existed. I’m in my late 70’s and when some hear my voice I get brushed off. But James took time with me and helped me resolve the issues in a caring way. Wish there could be more nice young men like James that don’t rush you and really try to understand your needs. Plus, he tailors his advice that suited me as an individual trader. Thank you, James, and Benzinga.

I have been unable to log in twice this month at 6:45 am est, including this morming for over 90 minutes.
unacceptable and terrible. time to look elsewhere.

The news feed seems delayed. I see stock action occurring 2-3 minutes before news drops that generated price action.

The product is outstanding!

i called 6 times, emailed and after 2 days no reposnse. I doubt if any customer support exists

So many issues with the charting tools - firstly none of my entered tickers render graphs. The default is AAPL which renders a chart but when I enter the ticker of any other stock either the chart doesn't populate or the name changes from apple to the new ticker symbol but the chart is still AAPL - Extremely frustrating - how can you rely on a service like this to trade stocks. Plus customer service is crap

Their site is IMO one of the easiest to maneuver around to find what you are looking for. The knowledge they provide is extremely top edge. Of all the big "Trader Insight" platforms, Benzinga exceeds all the rest. and in conclusion, I honestly don't have anything negative to say about their program other then it's a bit pricey.

Terrible customer service. Called the pro help desk several times and can never get anyone to answer or call me back. I will not be renewing my membership.

Customer service horrendous. For years being a lifetime subscription holder I can’t get my basic newsletter. For years I have had to routinely hound them. They just can’t send an email you pay for.

New member, still learn how your Benzinga Pro works

I had benzinga pro for a year at a discounted rate. But never helped me make enough money to justify keeping it after it expired. Then I received a call and was offered a lifetime subscription for $3000. I would get an inner circle subscription with a person that if I had followed his trades in the past 12 months, I could have made up my losses. I decided to try it and they gave me access to the chat room Options Moneyline with Nic Chahine. After a few weeks they called me back and asked how it was going. I had not made any money back. They suggested I move into the chat room stocks and options wit Matt Maley. They reached out by email and asked me to review how I liked the service, I was down about $10k at that time. I never heard from them again. I continued the losses because Matt has always said the market will go down. Buy SQQQ or TQQQ puts. See how that has gone the last 2 years. Matt just tries to sell you a subscription to his own services!??! After 12 months benzinga pro ended. Oh yeah, the lifetime was just for 1 year and a lifetime of chat with someone that keeps telling you to short a market that continues to grind, as is normal in an election year. I would not give them your money if you are considering paying for their services.

I was supposed to be charged $37.00 a month & instead you are going to charge me $197.00 a month & I won't go for that

I purchased a subscription and tried it for one day. I didn’t like it. And immediately called to cancel. But they refused to give me my money back.

I hate dealing with people like that. Cancelation policy not in the terms, buried in a place you can’t find, or in this case it was cleverly disguised to a single product. Even without a cancellation term, they should’ve refunded me for the one day trial. If they’re hiding terms, why would you want to do business with them?

As far as the product, it’s just flash. I have Seeking Alpha, WSJ, Barons, Sockcharts,and Morningside. I day trade and invest on Fidelity. I’ve used multiple platforms that date back 15 years for option and day trading, and found that I can do all for less just using Fidelity and free online sources. But for investing, I need access to multiple analyst reports and that’s where the money goes.

I’m always trying out new flash but haven’t found anything yet. Benzinga is my worst experience in 10 years.

There’s cheaper and better.
